Her eyes lingered on the door for some minutes then she glanced at the computer and finally stood up, wanting to confirm her doubts.
Walking out of the room, she carefully tiptoed through the long hallway, sighing in relief that no one was walking around there. They were all probably outside already.
She passed by the many doors which were now ajar and she could clearly make out the things that were inside.
Stopping in front of one of the doors, a frown settled on her forehead and she entered the room which was filled with so many chemicals. And she could also notice some drugs piled up on several tables.
Clenching her fists, she glanced around the place with an indescribable emotion, then left the room hurriedly and continued walking through the hallway, while passing by more doors then a voice suddenly made her halt in her footsteps and she carefully pressed her ears on the door.

Inside the room, Clara watched the strange man who had barged inside the room some minutes ago, waking her in the process, and now standing in front of her. A frown settled on her forehead then her eyes wandered around the bed and she noticed that the photo was mixing.
"Who are you?" She muttered in a hoarse voice, confused at why the man had been staring at her in a daze. She slowly shifted back on the bed then heard him chuckled darkly.
"This is just perfect little girl, so you didn't die... Hehe, I should have seen this coming... I had really underestimated your mother." The man chuckled again while walking forward slowly.
"W... What are you talking about?" Clara continued moving back until her back hit the bed's headrest. Does this man know her mother?
"Those men really did save you that night. Hehe." The middle-aged man shook his head then stopped in front of the girl while his gaze was fixed on her face. After seeing his men greatly injured that day, he had shrugged it off and decided not to question them as the baby had already died and his aim was achieved. "So that scheming old man had fooled everyone."
His eyes flashed cold and he laughed again."You know, this is actually a great opportunity, eliminating both of my adversaries at the same time... How fulfilling it would be."
Hearing his words, Clara's heart started thumping as she watched the glint in the man's eyes. The person he is saying did not die is her, right? And those men that saved her__ and it seems like even her real mother. "W... What__"
"Shut up!!!" The man snapped sternly which made her flinch slightly. "Your mother had always been a thorn in my path, she was too clever for her own good. I had to eliminate her and her husband because they knew a thing that they were not supposed to."
His anger rose more as he stared into the girl's face which looked exactly like the face he hated most. He could remember how the girl had discovered that he was also running a secret organization and had even tried to take the family's wealth. "I hate that family!!! I hate all of them!!! All of you I hate you!!! Even Grace, she's lucky that her husband and those stupid boys are always protecting her, otherwise, I would have also gotten rid of her many years ago after seeing that she's useless. And that old man, he's too clever just like your stupid mother!!!"
Clara's body trembled violently as the man yelled inside the room. "Y... You killed my parents?" Her vision blurred with tears and she wondered what kind of relationship he had with them.
It seems like apart from Big brother, he also had resentments toward her real mother's family.
She watched with a thumping heart as the man paced around the room while glancing down at his wristwatch. Then her eyes snapped toward the door which had suddenly opened with a bang.
A gasp escaped her lips while her eyes widened as she watched the girl in pajamas who was also staring back at her in shock.
"Vivian!!! What are you doing here!!!? The man snapped as he watched the girl with a dark expression. " Go back to that room now and get everything over with!!! We're running out of time!!!"
Vivian was broke out of her shock by the man's outburst. She glanced between him and Clara, still trying to register the words she had just heard a few seconds ago. "F... Father."
"I said go back now!!!" The man snapped again and she quickly shook her head in disagreement, then watched as he lunged forward and in the next second, two hard slaps landed on both sides of her cheeks which sent her to the floor.
'F... Father?' Clara stared between the furious man and the girl in confusion. She had just called him father right? She gasped and her eyes widened once more as her thoughts drifted to what Mira had told her about this girl being Big brothers step-cousin. Does that mean he's Big brother's step-uncle?__ No, that is not the most important thing. Does that mean he's her__
"Father, what is the meaning of this?" She's your sister, why did you kill her!?" Vivian sobbed as she cowered away from the dangerous man. Seeing this side of her father, she wasn't sure of what to believe anymore. "Father, you're really__"
"Shut up you idiot!!! She's not my sister, I am not part of that family!!! That old man had never considered me as a family!!!" He snapped while glaring at her. Even though the man had willfully adopted him, he knew that he never liked him. "Now, go back and do what I ordered you!!!" He grabbed her up from the ground and Vivian quickly shook her head then yanked her hand off forcefully.
"No, father" She sobbed and quickly stepped back. "You can't harm Big brother... You can't harm any of them. Stop it, please!!! Stop all of this!!!."
'Oh, my God.' Clara splayed both hands on her chest with teary eyes as her heart thumped rapidly. Her eyes darted between the father and daughter and a realization dawned on her.
