He hung up the call and sighed inside, remembering that he had so many things to take care of, after slacking off for two weeks while being in the comma.

Meanwhile, at the other end, Ken grimaced out loudly, while staring down at his phone.
He knows well that if his friend does not want to do something, then, no one can convince him. "Argh!!" He sighed helplessly.
Putting away the phone, he started devising a lie which he was going to tell his wife.

__ The Next Day __
Clara slowly walked out of her apartment and sighed heavily while glancing ahead at the gate where the security men were patrolling.
Stopping in her footsteps, she bit her lips, then swallowed deeply and after some seconds she continued walking toward the gate, in unhurried footsteps.
She had not left the estate after the many times the reporters had stopped her at the gate and hoped that they had stopped coming as her friend was going to be so mad if she didn't visit her today.
Her thoughts wandered to her friend who had come back to the city last night with her husband and a soft smile slowly crept up on her face, also remembering that her wedding is very close.
After reaching the gate, the security men who she noticed are very nice greeted her cheerfully.
She bid them goodbye with a chuckle then quickly hailed a taxi and gave the driver Maya and Ken's address, not quite comprehending why the couple wanted to hold a housewarming party, as they would be living with Ken's parents until she gives birth.
Glancing out of the car's window, she sighed in relief, remembering that she had not spotted any reporter around. They probably would have grown tired of hovering around the estate every day.
After some time, she turned away from the window, then took out her phone and glanced down again at the message Derek had texted her.
Her expression suddenly turned gloomy and a heavy sigh escaped her lips, as the guy had informed her that all the comics she had drawn were being made into game apps in the company.
So it was actually Big brother's doing, the contract she had signed with the anonymous company was really planned by him.
She bit her lips then slowly typed a reply back to the guy and glanced out of the window again to continue watching the beautiful view of the city under the morning light, as many vehicles has started passing on the road while most people on the street sides were dressed in office clothes and going to work. Her eyes caught a subway boss, similar to the one she used to take when she was in her old apartment and a sad chuckle escaped her lips, remembering how simple and peaceful her life was before her friend's brought up this crazy idea of matchmaking, immediately she returned from City H.
Several minutes passed by before the taxi finally arrived in a spacious district, where enormous mansions were located and each had some securities patrolling in front of its gate.
She marveled at how each mansion was beautifully built in different layouts and designs then her thoughts wandered to Jack's parent's house in City H, as the district looks similar.
The car stopped in front of the address and after paying the driver, Clara walked out and headed toward the gate.
After giving her name to the security men, they opened the large gate for her and when she walked inside, her brightened eyes wandered around the vast place.
This place really looks like castles from movies, and she noticed some young servants who were in their uniforms, tending to the flowers that were planted in neat rows around the water fountain.
"Clara!!!"
She didn't have time to admire the whole view as Maya's scream suddenly rang from a distance and her expression instantly brightened then she hurried toward her friend who was already running toward her with Ken, also rushing behind the girl with an anxious look.
"I missed you sooo much, Clara... Awwn look how you've become more beautiful... " Maya said cheerfully with a huge smile as she reached her friend, then wrapped the girl in a tight hug.
"Maya?" Ken panted heavily after catching up to the girl. He glanced at her stomach then sighed helplessly.
Clara chuckled after glancing at the guy's expression then hugged her friend back. "I missed you too__" she didn't get to finish her sentence when the girl suddenly kissed her cheeks and she wriggled out of her embrace with a gasp. "Maya!?" She exclaimed helplessly. This girl would never change.
Ken who was still trying to catch his breath sighed again and carefully pulled his wife away. "Remember what the doctor said dear, you can't__"
"Ken!?" Maya sighed exasperatedly and Clara chuckled.
"He's right Maya, it's not good for you to be running around in this early stage of your pregnancy, " she explained calmly and Maya pouted then grabbed her hand.
They started walking toward the huge door with Ken following behind and Clara's eyes wandered around the mansion again.
"It's beautiful," she whispered with a small smile then heard her friend chuckled.
"I know right?... But I can't wait to put to bed and move to our own house, Ken's parent doesn't allow me to do anything when they're around, and every time, the maids are hovering around me like ghosts." Maya turned back and whispered with a sullen expression, by then, Ken was already ahead of them and he opened the door wide with a huge smile.
When they entered, a figure suddenly came rushing toward them and instantly wrapped Clara in a hug.
"Sister-in-law!" The girl exclaimed happily and Clara was shocked for some seconds.
A slight gasp escaped her lips and she glanced down at the girl who was staring back at her with wide sparkling eyes.
She doesn't need to ask who the girl is, as she bore a striking resemblance with someone she knew well.
