The man coughed hastily and spouted out blood from his mouth. He watched in his blurry vision as the dangerous guy shook him rapidly. Knowing that he couldn't escape here alive, he struggled to get a word out of his mouth, and then__
"Shit!!! Don't tell me, He is dead!!!" Zach cursed out loud and clenched his fists.
Standing up with a jerk, he kicked the body then his eyes darted to the snake tattoo on the man's neck.
"Crazy girl, come here." He glanced back at Maggie who was standing among his men behind him and the girl rushed forward.
"Do you recognize him?" He asked and Maggie narrowed her eyes on the dead man with a frown and slowly shook her head.
"No, boss," she replied and sighed inside. When she was with them, they had always worn masks and she had never seen their faces even for once or even their boss who had been giving them orders.
Zach cursed again and glanced up at the sky which had started turning dark, then started walking toward the basement after saying, "Clean the area."
The guys nodded and started clearing the corpse while the ladies followed him back to the basement.
** An Hour Later **
Inside the basement, Zach came out of the bedroom, freshly bathed and now dressed in a new set of clothes.
He slouched down on the couch with another exasperated sigh and took out his phone then dialed his brother's number which was picked up from the other end after a few rings.
"Argh! Big bro, you were really right... Those idiots are really seeking trouble. Can you believe that they came back again?" Zach started as his hand shook with anger. He had thought his brother was just over-sensitive when he had ordered him to instruct their men to start training. Now, he knew that he was right.
"But Big bro, do you think it's that mysterious__ I mean those mysterious men?" He added while his brother silently listened to him from the other end.
"No," Carl replied and sighed inside. All his life, he had thought that the mysterious man was the one behind all the things that had been happening. But after recovering the memories, he was also confused.
Zach sighed heavily and then nodded his head in agreement. 'Argh,' he couldn't believe that the crazy girl had never seen the man too.
"Keep on searching for them." He heard his brother said, referring to those mysterious men and Zach quickly nodded an answer.
"And tell the men to continue with their training," Carl ordered again, and after hearing another reply from his brother, he hung up the call.
Zach sighed heavily and dropped down his phone. He glanced down at his wristwatch then yawned after some seconds and stood up.
He was about to walk back to the bedroom when his phone suddenly starts ringing and he paused in his footsteps then quickly answered it with a brightened expression.
"Zach... How was it? Is it over already?" Mira's voice came from the other end and Zach nodded with a chuckle.
"Yeah, babe... It was just a piece of cake, the scaredy-cats ran off," he replied softly then heard the girl's giggle.
"Oh, Zach, I almost forgot__ you need to come back, okay? I've informed Clara already"
"Huh?" Zach glanced down at his wristwatch again and quickly nodded. "Alright babe... I'll be back in a jiffy," he said hurriedly and strode out of the basement.

__ The Next Day __
** Lin Mansion **
Inside the study room was a grim atmosphere as two men, one old and one middle-aged faced each other on opposite couches.
"Father, about the shares, I think it's time__"
"You don't have to tell me what to do." The old man cut him off while shaking his head calmly, with a stoic expression.
The middle-aged man sighed inside and dropped his head while pondering on the reason why his father had still not decided on distributing his shares. It couldn't be because of what happened many years ago right? However, it's too late and the dead can never come back.
He glanced up at the man who still have his soft gaze fixed on the book he was reading. He knew his father is very temperamental, so he decided to lower his voice. "Father, I don't think it's necessary to keep delaying the distribution of the shares, because even her child__"
"Why are you so eager in making me distribute the shares, aren't you contented with what you have now!!?" The old man dropped the book on the table with a bang, feeling irritated.
The middle-aged man quickly clamped his mouth, knowing that he had touched the forbidden topic in the family. He sighed after some seconds and stood up. "Father, I'll take my leave... you have to think about it," he muttered softly then left the study room while the old man scoffed behind.
After closing the door behind him, his calm expression instantly vanished and was replaced by a cold glint that flashed through his eyes.
He strode through the hallway, to another side of the house then stopped in front of a door which he opened with a bang, and both women that were inside the room gasped and then glanced toward his direction.
"Father." Vivian hurriedly wiped the tears from her face and looked up at the man calmly.
The man's eyes narrowed on her after giving his wife a fleeting glance. "Why are you here?" He muttered coldly.
"I... I have come to take a few things, and also to see Grandpa," The girl replied unhurriedly while trying to sound normal and her father slowly nodded with a frown.
He turn back to leave the room, then suddenly paused in his footsteps and turned around. "About that boy, how's it going?" he muttered under his breath as his fist clenched slowly.
Vivian's mother who was silent all along gasped slightly as she glanced at her daughter who also had on a paled expression.
