Chapter 179 - CHAPTER 179: IT'S ABOUT BIG BROTHER.

"Are you going back," Jack asked after glancing at the servants who were walking down the stairs with luggages.

"Yeah." The woman nodded with a smile and watched her husband who was already walking out of the room with Freya after they bid goodbye. "We want to catch the earliest flight back to City M... Your uncle and I have business to do."

"Ohhhh, Mum... Can't we stay a little bit longer?"

"Yeah... It has been so long we visited here... please let us stay."

The twins whined and begged eagerly as their excited gazes darted to Mira and Clara.

They have not got to touch the gun for goodness sake. And they'll also like to pray more pranks on the scaredy-cat.

Their mother rolled her eyes then sighed inside and instantly grabbed their arms before they could run aside. She was very sure that they were going to wreak havoc on whole the mansion if they stayed for another day and her sister-in-law was also traumatized because of their stupid ghost's prank.

                  "Mum..."

                 "Mum..."

The guys whined again and finally gave up then they glanced back as she dragged them out of the door.

"Mim__ Mira... till we meet next time."

"Bye, little ghost. see you in City M."

They sighed disappointedly and bid the girls goodbye and Mira rolled her eyes while Clara scoffed.

She would never like to cross paths with the evil twins again.

Laughing softly, Jack held Lily's hand and turned to both girls. " Uhm... Clara__ I mean sister-in-law __"

"Cut it off Jack." Mira rolled her eyes and grabbed Clara's hand. " We'd better get out of here... I can't take this dog food anymore."

Clara shook her head with a chuckle and hurried behind her friend after waving the couple goodbye. It would be better if they left them alone.

She sighed happily as they walked out of the door. "Mira, I can't believe__" she didn't get to finish her sentence as several servants rushed past them and her eyes snapped to the direction where an older woman was lying on the ground not very far from them.

             "It's the head maid."

              "She just fainted."

"I wonder if it's the ghost again."

"She was just standing there, moments ago."

"Are you kidding me!?" Mira exclaimed and sighed exasperatedly as more servants rushed past them. "Clara, quick. Let's get out of here. These people are totally out of their minds." She grabbed her friend's hand again who quickly nodded and they hurried toward the other part of the mansion where the guestrooms were located.

                     ********

            __ One Week Later __

                 ** City M **

Lucy staggered toward the huge door of the living room with sweats trickling down her forehead while holding two huge bags in both hands.

She groaned after some seconds then dropped them down and brought out her phone while wondering why her friend was calling her again. They just spoke some minutes ago.

"Hey Gina, you've better have a good reason for calling me this time!!!," she shouted on the phone and listened to her friend's laugh from the other end.

After some seconds, Gina stopped laughing then asked in suspense. "Lucy... Have you seen it?"

"Huh?" Lucy frowned, noticing that it was not the same topic her friend had been disturbing her with. "What is it? Tell me, tell me," She asked in anticipation as she placed the phone between her left shoulder and ear then picked the bags and wobbled out of the door toward the other side of the mansion.

Gina cleared her throat from the other end and smiled mischievously. "Ehm... Lucy, you know I like that purple car so much...why not exchange it with my red one?" She said in a sweet voice and Lucy rolled her eyes with a sigh as that was what her friend had been disturbing her with this morning.

"Gina!!! you're too much. Stop disturbing me. Tell your brother to buy you a purple one. Hmph," she scoffed and dropped the bags again as she reached the maid's quarters.

"Hehe, it's very juicy news... Don't you want to hear... It's about Big brother," Gina said sweetly from the other end and listened to her friend's gasp with a chuckle.

"Do you mean Big bro? Tell me, tell me, what is it," Lucy asked excitedly while watching the maid who had rushed toward her to pick up the bags.

The maid uttered a thank you with a huge grin and she nodded then turned back to the mansion while waiting for her friend's reply. "Gina?" She whined and sighed exasperatedly.

Gina laughed softly while tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear from the other end. "Lucy? The car..." She drawled sweetly.

Lucy paused in her footsteps and scoffed. She had missed her big brother so much for the past two weeks since he went on the business trip and she couldn't even reach his contact.

"Argh!" She sighed exasperatedly and wondered how her friend knew something about him which she didn't know.

"Lucy?" Came Gina's voice again and she sighed in defeat.

"Alright, Alright... Let's exchange the cars," She said with a pout while sobbing in her heart. She really loved that car very much.

Gina jumped in glee and said excitedly. "Lucy, you promised? You're not going back on your words, right?"

"Yeah yeah... cross my heart. Just tell me already!." Lucy stomped her feet on the ground and continued walking.

"Hehe... okay, check your social media account... brother just uploaded something," Gina replied while referring to Zach. Then added, "it's about Big brother."

"Huh?" Lucy frowned slightly then her eyes widened in anger. "Gina, you__"

"Will come to pick up the car tomorrow. Hehehe." Her friend cut her off from the other end then hung up the call.

"Argh! you, Gina... Just you wait and see... I'll get you next time." Lucy gripped tightly on the phone as she stared down at it with pursed lips. She could have seen whatever it is later when she opened her social media.
