He shoved one hand in his pocket and heaved a sigh while his foots shifted on the ground.
" Lily, " he called out softly and heard the girl muttered a "Hi." before stepping to the side to give him space.
A chuckle suddenly sounded in the room and their heads flipped toward the bed.
" Are you going to stand there or what?" Mira raised an eyebrow and sat up on the bed.
Jack rolled his eyes and sauntered inside the room after glancing at Lily again.
He sat down on the couch and glanced around the room." Where's Clara?" He asked with knitted brows while his eyes would dart to the vanity mirror, now and then.
" She just entered the bathroom, " Mira replied nonchalantly then followed his gaze and another chuckle escaped her lips.
"Tsk tsk tsk... You're so hopeless Jack." She shook her head and the guy broke out of his trance.
Jack glanced down at his wristwatch then suddenly stood up. " I'm a little bit busy. Will see you guys tomorrow, " he said hurriedly then bid them good night then left the room and he could hear Mira's chuckle again which made him scoff inside.
Lily's eyes followed his back and after the door closed, she sighed inside then turned back to the mirror and continued drying her hair.
' Well, well, well.' Mira's eyes twinkled lightly and she stood up from the bed then walked toward the girl sitting in front of the vanity mirror.
" Lily__" she stopped in her sentence when the bathroom door suddenly opened and she watched as Clara walked out lazily.
Mira's expression brightened and she hurried toward her friend. " Clara, there's something I need to tell you, " she said in a whisper and Clara waved her palm with half-closed eyes while opening the closet with the other hand.
"I'm very tired Mira... It can wait till tomorrow." She yawned while slipping on the pajamas she had retrieved from one of the luggages.
" Clara!?, that is my pajamas." Mira sighed exasperatedly and Clara rubbed her eyes then glanced down at the purple pajamas she was wearing.
" Good night," she said lazily with another yawn then shoved her friend aside and staggered toward the bed.
She slumped down with a plop while her hand wandered around for the pillow which she instantly found, then drifted off to sleep.
Mira shook her head helplessly while staring at her friend's wet hair, then she walked inside the bathroom and came out some seconds later, with a towel which she carefully wrapped around her hair.
" Lily..." Mira trailed off while staring at the silent girl who was now walking toward the bed.
She sighed inside then grabbed Clara's pajamas and walked toward the bathroom.
After hearing the bathroom door closed, Lily stared at her sister's face for a while then her thoughts drifted to some minutes ago. She sighed again and after a while slowly fell asleep.

__ The Next Morning __
They were all awoken by a soft knock from the door and Clara groaned then tapped Mira who was sleeping close to her.
" Clara, stop it!!!, " Mira whined and shoved her friend's hand away while turning to her side as she buried her head under the pillow.
By then, Lily had already woke up and her hand wandered to the bedside table to retrieve her glasses then she stood up from the bed and walked toward the door.
She sighed in relief after opening it; seeing that it was a maid, judging from the uniform the young lady was wearing while another two maids stood behind her.
" Good Morning Ma'am." The young maid gave her a wide smile and Lily greeted back softly with a smile and glanced down at the tray of breakfasts in their hands then paved way for them to walk inside.
The maids entered the room and walked toward the table which was in front of the huge couch while glancing at the two ladies who were sprawled aimlessly on the bed.
After dropping the food trays on the table, they turned back and the first maid who seemed to be their leader turned to her.
" Ma'am... There will be a dinner party later this evening. The young master asked me to give you this, " she explained, and a few seconds later, three maids entered the room, each with a large bag in hand, then carefully dropped them on the huge couch.
" Thank you." Lily nodded with a soft smile while her gaze lingered on the bags and the six maids bowed slightly before walking out of the room while making sure to close the door.
Mira slowly opened her eyes after hearing the maid's conversation and she sprang up from the bed then hurried toward the couch. " What is it? Quick quick let's open them."
She grabbed the bags and started looking inside and Clara who was also up quickly joined her while Lily walked back to the bed and sat down then watched them silently.
" Wow, they're evening gowns," Clara exclaimed and opened one of the bags.
" Wait, each bag has two... I think one is for the dinner party then the other one for tomorrow's engagement " Mira said in surprise and Clara chuckled.
" I'd wanted to wear the one Maya made for me..., well this is just perfect."
"Huh?" Mira's attention turned from the bags and glanced at Clara in shock. " Maya can make gowns?"
" Yep, she's a fashion designer, " Clara replied nonchalantly while still admiring the gowns.
" Really? That's great too bad she's not in city M, otherwise, I'll volunteer to be her model." Mira pouted her lips and grabbed one of the bags. " I'll take this... the clothes are exactly my size. . . didn't expect Jack to be so thoughtful..."
Clara chuckled and also nodded, still staring at the ones she picked, then suddenly muttered, " Wait... Maya and her husband will move back to city M soon... Don't worry, I'll talk to her."
" Oh, that's great." Mira's eyes twinkled then her eyes darted to Lily who was now walking toward the bathroom and she frowned slightly.
