It only took them five minutes to cross the spring and reach the other end which was a stage made of white crystals and in the middle a large blue-coloured figure girl stone with a rounded head was placed .
As they landed on the crystalline floor, Darcel released Livion and this time she was slightly embarrassed and it could be seen on her cheeks which turned into tomato coloured.
"Thank you for not falling again and making this tiny journey more exhausting."Livion said to Darcel, in a teased way.
Darcel didn't spell a word because she knew that all this man could do was to tease her for tiny mistakes and punish her for bigger ones.
"Can you see that statue?" Asked Livion, coming to Darcel's side and pointing his index finger towards that statue while keeping his gaze fixated on Darcel.
"Yes, I can see that and if I can make a bold guess…" Darcel stopped and looked at Livion.
She didn't want to piss him off by commenting on something that she was not to make any remark upon.
"Go on, anyway you have already pissed me off enough and some trivial remark won't get you into any trouble."said he nonchalantly and kept his face straight.
Darcel looked at him for a moment and then proceeded,"I have heard that when earlier the races were divided based on their powers, they were given a vision, I mean the respective leaders got that vision."
She again took a quick peek at Livion in order to confirm that whatever she said didn't piss him off and she won't get any more punishment.
"That vision portrayed a goddess, who was holding a meteorite crystal and she was the one who distributed the responsibility to all the leaders based on strength." Darcel completed the sentence in a certain melancholic yet calm tone.
"You are right, but that Goddess doesn't only appear at that one time but she also appeared when my race killed the healer or I should say mystique race." Said Livion, in a thoughtful tone slightly with a bit of guilt in it.
"But, I never thought that you would know about this because it happened a long time ago and all the records regarding it either are gone or they are destroyed ."said Livion, in a questioning manner looking at Darcel from the corner of his eyes.
Darcel was quiet for a while before saying," I have heard it from my seniors and I have researched about it a bit, my mentor was kind enough to not hide the information and hence I got a hold of this information." Darcel said without revealing anything special.
Livion knew it was pointless to ask her anything as she would not tell anything and rather it would be harder for him to keep an eye on this young boy.
"Anyway, do you want to guess as to why this statue is here?"said Livion somewhat in a normal way .
Darcel already was having a lot on her mind since her junior had arrived and now she noticed that this prince is talking so much out of nowhere and also being a little strange.
"I think we shouldn't play this guessing game and straight away go to the place where you want me to be, shouldn't we be your Highness?"Questioned Darcel, while making it clear that she doesn't want to waste any more time and get done with this matter.
"You really don't fear anything, do you?"said Livion,"In order to reach the place we have to pass a test that this statue will provide but only members of the Royal family can pass without giving that test ."
Darcel looked at Livion and his face was enough for one to understand that he was surprised by this answer upon hearing that word.
"And that means you can pass and, I have to give the test?"Darcel said clearly, understanding the fact that it was also a trap from this wolf prince.
"This is your second test for becoming my assistant and this is not a test based on simple strength, it requires intelligence and this is more dangerous than the last one ." Said Livion while looking at her with a pleasant yet cunning smile.
"And what will happen if I fail, will I die."said Darcel, with a suspicious gaze.
"Not die but rather you will be trapped and believe me when I say trapped you will wish for death."said Livion, without losing his usual smile or composure.
"I am ready." Darcel said and a quick grasp escaped from her thin yet pink lips.
Soon a mysterious gas filled that place and Darcel started Losing consciousness. She could see that she was moving yet it felt like her body was frozen .
She faintly heard, Livion saying, "Remember if you can't make it back within 3 hours, you may be trapped forever."
However that voice slowly disappeared and she could hear a familiar voice, it was hard to makeout whose voice it was but somehow hearing that voice actually made her mind calm and put her at ease.
"I really don't know what type of test this is but, One thing is certain that it's been a long time since I have felt this much relaxation and maybe I can enjoy it a bit." Thought she while closing her eyes and a calm expression appeared on her face.
"Is everything ready?" Asked Livion via a magical voice exchanger while looking at the peaceful sleeping body of Darcel that was laid in front of him.
"Yes, Your Highness the diagram is ready and you can go to Mr Darcel's dream ."said the person on the other side.
"Will it cause any damage to his body?"asked Livion shifting his gaze from Darcel's face to his chest.
"No, your Highness it won't unless something big happens in his dream then he might fall into sleep paralysis. "answered the other one.
"I see." Livion said while dismissing the exchanger.
He once again looked at Darcel and tied an orange string with her hand.
"What exactly are you hiding and what is your purpose will soon be revealed, little boy."thought he before laying down beside him with the string binding both of their hands.
