Chapter 64 - Internal Affairs Evaluation

The internal affairs evaluation during his campus days may have included a similar activity. Perhaps there were even warning signs. However, that activity served as mere entertainment for students. In the army, though, it had a genuine impact, both for individuals and veteran squad leaders. It was the first evaluation since the new recruits joined the army.

Although the company didn't plan to evaluate the role models of individual internal affairs this time, they still issued warning signs. It was a significant achievement for the veteran squad leaders. Within just two to three days, a squad of recruits could effectively manage their internal affairs. It proved their competence in leading troops. This was especially true for some veteran squad leaders who had never led a troop before. They were not officially squad leaders within the company, but if they performed well, they might be promoted to squad leaders at the end of the new recruits' company.
