On my way to the territory, I was bombarded with questions from Katherine. She kept asking why I was trying to recruit her and she kept telling me to stay away from her.
" Why are you so stubborn about wanting to recruit her, Why can't you understand that she is dangerous ." Katherine said .
" Why do you think she is a dangerous person Sister ", I asked trying to find out if she knew about her.
" Well I just don't want her to be with you , she is from a slum and she was maybe a dangerous person who is hiding her identity. " , Katherine said .
" Just because you think she is dangerous doesn't mean that she can harm me and she has a brother if something happens to me then can her brother's safety be guaranteed". I said.
We reached our territory and she kept trying to change my decision but I was also being stubborn as this is my chance to keep the Shadow Queen by my side for my protection.
It's not that I don't trust my sister power but this is cliché where MC always gets herself in dangerous situation and you can't keep her all time by yourself for your protection.
When we reached our territory, She immediately told our father Howard about this and I was summoned to the office for this.
After entering the office , all the family members were there and the atmosphere was cold.
There was my Father Howard, mother Mary and my sister Katherine who told them about the matter.
" Why did you go to the slum to recruit someone as your maid by making excuses of buying restaurant . I was a bit reluctant to approve your visit to Baharan but seeing your condition I thought you would need some fresh air ." My father asked with a overbearing aura that made me tremble.
" If Katherine doesn't tell me , did you think I wouldn't have known about this so tell me why you did this without asking for permission and there are procedures for taking a maid ." He added.
" Take it easy dear he is not fully recovered from his illness and don't put more pressure on him , he must have a reason for this right Issay." My mother Mary said.
Now that I am in this situation I didn't think about how I was going to explain to them why I wanted to recruit her.
" I really wanted to buy the restaurant and i bought it and I wanted someone familiar to the area to work for me sk that's why I wanted to recruit her." I said
" I know that her recruitment may not be through the procedure but I want her as my maid and I won't listen to anything." I acted like a stubborn child so that they had no choice but to accept .
After a long sigh Howard accepted the offer due to my mother Mary intervention which made my sister disappoint a bit but Howard gave me warning that he will keep a close eye on her and I accepted it without any difficulty .
The next day Sylvia or Shadow Queen came and she accepted my offer which made very very happy and she was summoned by Howard.
After coming out of the office it seemed that she was called by the Head maid for training which will last a month .
All my worries for the time being is resolved and during the training period of Sylvia, I focused on my restaurant.
After consulting with my father he made me offer to open the restaurant in the territory to keep me inside the territory and I had no choice but to accept it .
I was busy with the chef hired by my father and showed him new dishes which he was very interested and after a month my restaurant was opened and It starting to become popular due to the unique dishes to the noble.
My mother Mary helped me and spread my dish to her tea party which was a huge help and during this time my sister was keeping a eye on Sylvia's every move.
