I was taking a shower in a lake which looked like a swimming pool in a heaven. There were white canes. Some were flying. Some were in the lake taking a bath like me.
It was so early in the morning and the sun shined on my face. I drowned myself in the water to relax my body as I was exhausted.
As I drowned once and came back up, I saw two hands. They were angels. One boy, one girl. They had white hair and very fair skin along with giant white wings.
They were both offering me a hand and was looking at me with beautiful hazel eyes. When I looked closer, I saw that their upper body parts were transperent.
I could see that their hearts were caged and they were beating, fast. I moved my hand towards their hands and just couldn't decide whose hand I should take.
Then, I moved both my hands up and took both of their hands. 'I have two hands so why not?' I thought. To my surprise, they didn't take my hand. Instead they pointed at something else.
They pointed at my heart and I looked down at myself only to see that my upper body was also transperent and my heart was exposing. It was beating very fast, in an iron cage.
"You have two hands, not two hearts." Both of the angels said together in sync and vanished as dust. I just watched the whole scene with my confused brain and still-beating heart.
"Eirene! Eirene!"
"W-what happened???!"
I woke up hearing Ezra's and Elijah's panicked voice. "Geez, what the hell?" Elijah looked freaked out. Ezra also looked the same.
"We thought you were dead!" She said and Elijah also added, "Yeah! phew, thank god! father would have killed us!"
My gaze on them turned into a disappointed look. I felt stupid for thinking they'll ever care. Why did I even care if they did or didn't! I wanted to clear my head so I decided to go for a walk.
"Where are you going?" Ezra asked holding my hand.
"Don't leave, you just woke up from a nightmare." Elijah said, blocking my way.
"Nightmare?? Oh yes, it was a nightmare." I said still disappointed.
"What time is it?" I asked and realised it was actually morning!
"Like.. 7 in the morning."
"Oh."
"What's wrong?" Ezra asked me while letting my hand go.
"Nothing."
Elijah came closer and said, "You sound..disappointed, why is that?"
Ezra asked me, "Is it the dream you saw?"
"Can you please leave. Both of you.."
The twins became silent as they looked at each other and eventually left me alone in the room.
'What the hell was that dream? Two hands but one heart??? I don't get it!! ahh! this is so confusing. Anyways it's just a dream.' I kept thinking as the dream I saw kept troubling me.
A few hours have passed. Elijah and Ezra has gone to do something with their dad. I was alone in my room when suddenly my brother, Jay started knocking on the door and calling my name.
I opened the door to let him in and told him all about the story and what happened last time I was with them.
"I can't do this no more! I wanna be free! Those fucking bastard twins are making me go nutsss!"
"But our plan has only begun sis. You can't do that to me, to us. Just a few more days and it will all be over."
"What exactly did you do yesterday?"
"I will tell you all about it when the time comes. I have a master plan and the first step is done. Now I want you to wrap those bastards around your finger. Do you get it?"
"Ugh! yes, fine! I will do as you say."
"Thank you so much. Now please no matter what they do, don't let them suspect anything. Make it feel natural and try to make them fall in love with you."
"I beg your pardon??"
"I'm sorry, there is no other way. It's the second and most important step."
"At least tell me all about the plan Jay!"
"It's not the right time. I will be back in a few weeks after I'm ready to tell you about the whole plan. For now, please try to do what I said, I know.. that you can do it."
I became dead silent and after a few seconds I nodded and agreed.
"Wait don't leave yet, do you think that the dream I saw meant something?"
"It was just a dream! Don't think about it, it didn't mean anything. Our time is over, I'll see you later. Bye Eirene."
"hmm, bye Jay."
I had a very bad headache and I stayed in my room the whole day after Jay left and the twins still haven't arrived.
"Make them fall in love." I repeated what Jay said and wondered how I could make that happen. 'Is that even possible? Are they even capable of love?' My head was filled with thoughts about them.
I dozed off again on the bed and woke up from a stomachache. "Ahh.. it hurts.." I slipped my hand inside the robe to see if I was on my period.
I guessed right. I was on my period.
Just then I heard heavy footsteps coming towards my room. "Eirene!" Elijah shouted and barged inside.
"What in the hell-"
"It's about your mother!"
"My mother!?"
"She's alive!"
"She's al- WHAT THE FUCK!?"
"Yeah!"
"Holy shit- no..I think I just bled."
"Huh? wait wha- should I call the doctor??"
"No no I..I'm on my.. uh.. you know.. the.. thing.."
"Oh right. The thing. Period, isn't it?"
"Yes and I need.. um where is Ezra?"
"You need Ezra?"
"N-nooo I mean.. ugh! I need pads!"
"...."
Elijah stormed out of there and Ezra came inside after a few minutes.
"Eirene! Did you hear it from Elijah? I told him to tell you."
"Yes I know.. I am confused and don't know what to do. Are you sure she's alive? How.. how did you know?"
"Well we.. wait, why are you holding your stomach like that?"
"ouch... mh..I have a stomachache."
"There is blood, the fuck Eirene, who shot you?!"
"Oh my god aren't you a girl!? I'm on my fricking period and Elijah went out to get pads."
"C-can you hold it in??"
'Can someone slap her for me?' I thought still holding my stomach while turning left and right on the bed.
