Noah moved his consciousness to cover some of the blue lightning that was sparkling and revolving around the lightning chain.
He immersed himself in it to deepen his understanding of Lightning Law while trying to take his understanding to the next level.
Thanks to him being here in the past and breaking through using lightning laws before, Noah didn't take long before advancing his lightning laws into blue lightning, but it was much weaker than the one produced around the chain.
'Now, that I have completed the requirements barely like last time, I could get out and complete my breakthrough but…' Noah started to think to himself.
'If I stopped at this level, it will take me more effort into breaking through to the next level like in the past and I will need to waste a lot of time to increase my Lightning powers'
