Brandyn could see the base looked similar to the other base that they had taken down. It seemed to base most of its design on underground passageways, with only miniature hits made of wood and light-yellow bricks.
Brandyn and the following soldiers had to break down their ordered procession into an unordered group of soldiers, moving in various directions.

Brandyn could see the light at the tip of the rifles that were beside him but also of the rifles that were aimed at him.
The lights shone bright and constantly grew brighter and dimmer as bullets were being hurled across the battlefield. After a few seconds, a light vanished, and an enemy had fallen by the hands of a Stroline soldier.
"Helians, divert their attention from the Stroline soldiers. Protect them at all costs!" Arachnid shouted, while sidestepping to confuse the firers aiming on him.
