More days passed and since so many students were simply waiting in the hotel and doing basically nothing, the soldiers made a slight amendment to the rules. The students would have certain days where they were allowed to leave for a large portion of the day. Stronger students were given less of these days as they were more valuable but they were still permitted to leave from time to time.
The only places they could go to were in Helios, so they weren't allowed to leave the country during this time somehow.
