Bharata-Purana is a retelling of Mahabharata that is written in 21st century, this version of Mahabharata is little bit different, but there are some new characters inspired from the charecters in Mahabharata, otherwise it is the story of the original Mahabharata, It is adapted from Vyasa's Mahabharata Madhavacharyas Mahabharata tatparya Nirnaya and Neelkanth Chaturdhar Bharata-Bhavadipa, First Iam going to tell about the epic the epics actual name is Jaya, and later it is named Mahabharata, it is the fifth veda, Mahabharata is the epic that teaches about righteousness, unrighteousness, etc, Mahabharata is written in different languages and different writing system and there are many versions.
