"Wow. This pie is amazing" Hugh said.
That smiling face of his filled me with nostalgia. I was smiling merrily at his compliment.
"I'm glad you like it" I said
"Trudy, it's really great but I think we should probably get this thing over with"
"Why are you hurrying so much. Can't you at least wait for the food to digest? We could just talk for a minute"
"Fine" he gave a small smile
"What do you wanna talk about?" he asked
"The past. Do you remember the first time we met"
"Freshman year of college" he reminisced
"Yeah I was having a pretty bad time"
