I still couldn't believe it. I had spent the whole day looking for Betty-Ann and calling her phone to the point where my next phone bill would be triple the usual price but still no trace of time. Frustrated and exhausted I sat in the lobby looking at those damn doors waiting for her to come in
"Hey" Sophie said as she came over to me
"Hey" I said not looking away from the door
"Still no sign of her?"
"No"
"I haven't had much look either. Liberty and I were checking to see if she returned without us knowing"
"Any luck?" I asked
"No" she sighed
"I'm beginning to worry that maybe she really doesn't want to be found" I groaned
"Don't think like that. Something might've happened to her" she said
"That's worse" I looked at her
"Yeah" she said before I looked back at the door to see someone familiar walk in
"Nick?" I said watching as he walked in with a beautiful woman and the little boy by his side
"Sophie? James?"
