After that conversation in Nick I walked back inside where I found Liberty dancing with some other girls
"Hey Libbs, can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked
"What's up girl?" She asked still dancing
"Nick asked me if I wanted to go to an after party"
"Yeah and?" She asked
"I want to go" I said before she stopped dancing
"Give me a minute" she told the people she was dancing with before pulling me over to the side
"Okay explain to me what happened?"
"I was just outside when he came up to me and he offered to carry us to the after party"
"You think that's a good idea?"
"You did say I should get out of the house. I think the after party could help me not think about Taylor. Plus I sort of owe him for almost breaking his nose" she said
"How did you even-?" She asked confused
"It's a long story" I sighed
"That doesn't mean you have to go with him"
"No but I do think it'd be fun" I smiled
