The look on Jiego’s face says it all. He was fidgeting with his feet under the table and I know that he’s anxious already. The good items have already been sold to huge names in the business industry but the bidding hasn’t stopped yet.
A smirk crossed my face. I know their strategy here. They’re putting the common items first so that they’ll be sold in a good price. The best ones are still hidden, and those are my target.
“You’re not doing anything.” – Jiego whispered
“Shh, any minute now. How may items are they selling?”
“Twelve.”
“And this is?”
“Eighth.”
Four more.
I cracked my knuckles on my lap. I have to admit, I’m getting bored too. It has been more than an hour and the great ones are still on the back doors.
Ninth. Sold.
Tenth. Sold.
It just keeps on happening, but none of these come close to my expected bidding subjects. Bring out the best ones!
