The next day, at night, in Eu-meh's house, she was watching her father cook, and her face was expecting something from him.
But he kept cooking without even turning to her.
Half an hour later, they started to have dinner. Eu-meh's concerned mind didn't touch the food on the plate, and she refused to meet his father's eyes.
Her father noticed that her hand hadn't touched the food yet and shifted his gaze away from her lowered, disappointed face.
He declared in a mean way, "Do you not even want food from your father, would you rather buy it from the prince?"
She snorted and started to eat. Then she asked, "Don't you like Prince?"
He kept silent and didn't answer her feel-guilty face.
"Who can refuse the king and queen's order?" He raised his voice as she blinked in shock.
"Go, go, and marry our prince. You don't need Papa anymore!" He criticized himself.
"Not like that, papa." She tried to convince him, but he refused to eat and lowered his disappointed face.
