Chapter 14 - Chapter - 14 stark avoids her

Larzhy and her friends were standing outside the basketball court.

Zhenji pointed out Eron. She asked, "Did you hear that?"

"He loves Lisa," her stare turned to Larzhy, who was ruminating while gazing at Eron.

A drop of tear fell through Larzhy's gleaming corner eyelashes and ran away from there.

"Stop, Larzhy!" Wazhirio and Zhenji also followed her.

Eron looked back at them and left without giving any reason to stare.

Xiye rode with Lisa. But Lisa kept staring down at the road with a lamenting expression.

Kenyan was riding the bicycle with an absent mind and unmoving eyes.

At night, Lisa came out of her home and stood in front of Stark's house. She squeezed her hands often and wriggled her feet like she was unable to stand still. She raised her left hand to knock on the door but lowered it quickly, releasing a deep, resonant sigh.

Then she tried again. But she downed her hand again and bit her bottom lips, getting anxious.

After that, she stepped roughly onto the floor once and uttered. So, she went back to her home and shut the door disappointedly.

She was standing near the door with her back facing the door. She refused to take another step and looked up at the ceiling.

At the time, she heard someone knocking on the door so, she opened it quickly with a huge smile.

Her smile smashed in a second after she saw that person. So, she went straight to her room without giving any response.

That was her father, who was tilting his head to one side and saw her lazy walk.

"Stark, come and eat!" stark's mother called him three times, but only silence remained.

"Why won't he open his room since he got here?" His mom queried herself, concerned while setting the table.

A few minutes later, he replied, "I'm not hungry, mom."

"Lisa, get ready for the hospital!" Lisa's mother shouted.

"Okay," she replied and changed her night dress into a comfortable skirt.

In the hospital,

Lisa's mother and father were standing next to Lisa, and the doctor removed her right-hand bandage. "Now, you are all right," the doctor complimented and threw it in the trash can.

"But don't lift any weight for a few days," the doctor told her, wiping her hands.

She nodded her head politely.

The next morning, Lisa got ready early and was waiting in front of the starks' house door.

Stark came out, and his eyes met hers for a second.

Lisa's eyes widened after seeing his red eyes. She raised her hand and stretched it over his cheek, concerned, and asked, "What's wrong with your eyes?"

But, he slid his head from her touch, frowned, and directly stepped down downstairs.

He unlocked the bike while she was coming down the steps, and he left before she touched the last step.

She pouted her lips and kicked the road, pulling her brows together in a mean way.

Then, Xiye came there. She got on her bike.

"What's happened again?" Xiye asked while riding along the street.

Lisa was staring at the side of the road; Xiye's words didn't reach her ear.

In the stark house, stark's mother took his bedsheet to wash it. Her eyes wrinkled as soon as she felt something like wetting her hands.

She wiped that away. "Oh, this child," she sputtered. Then, she checks out the pillow too. "Did he cry for a whole night?" she worried.

Stark started to sleep again in the classroom as soon as he sat down on his seat.

Kenyan sat near him and started to read his novel.

Lisa was peeking back at stark often.

Eron came there and sat behind Lisa's seat. "Did you unwrap your bandages?" He asked.

"Yes," she replied with her sick voice and bent her head on the desk, exhaling through her pouted lips.

Xiye tapped gently on her shoulder and saw her with a long face.

The class teacher entered the classroom. Kenyan closed his novel and put it under the table. Lisa straightened her head.

"Did you guys prepare well for tomorrow's exam?" Teacher asked.

"Yes, teacher!" they chorus with tired voices.

"I'm not going to take lessons, do self-study for today," the teacher informed and left the classroom.

All students turned the book to page 1 and began studying themselves.

Kenyan took out his novel and read it.

Stark didn't wake up until the lunch hour. All students were left for lunch break except for stark, Lisa, and Xiye.

Xiye stood up and moved towards stark with a hesitant walk. She tried to wake him up by tapping his shoulder. But he didn't wake up.

Then, she pulled out his hand, which was as a billow for his head.

His eyes didn't even open a little.

"Xiye, you can't wake him up," Lisa hinted, and she hung her head in despair.

Meanwhile, Xiye's concerned eyes noticed that his legs and hands started to stutter.

Xiye tapped him hard, but she received no response. She doubted and ran and called for Kenyan.

Lisa stood up after seeing her run and came closer to stark.

Kenyan and Eron entered the classroom in a rush, while Lisa tried to lift him with her physical strength.

"What are you doing?" Kenyan quizzical his face.

Lisa turned to him as tears fell down her cheeks.

Kenyan carried him in his arms with the help of Eron.

They reached the nurse's office.

The doctor injected drips into him and said, "He got stressed out too much, he should take rest for a while."

Stark was napping peacefully on the bed. Lisa sat near him until he opened his eyes. Xiye, Kenyan, and Eron also sat on the other side.

He opened his eyes after 3:00 pm. His dim view spotted Lisa first and got clearer slowly.

A hot, angry breath came out of his nostrils. He shrieked, "Get out of here, now!"

Lisa panicked and stood up and tried to say something with watery eyes while all of them watched stark's behavior.

Stark was sticking to that one word and shouted, "Get out of here!"

Eron's bug eyes stared at stark.

Xiye pulled her from there, but Lisa didn't take her eyes off him.

Stark tilted his head away from her sight and avoided her eye contact.

He spouted, "Kenyan, ask him to get out of here!"

"Who?" Kenyan asked.

"Eron," he replied without turning his head towards him.

"He left," Kenyan bowed his head and sighed.

Then, Stark straightened his head. Kenyan wiped off his forehead sweat.

Lisa asked Xiye to go to the classroom. So, she left.

Lisa went to the library. She sat near the window seat and leaned her head on the table tiredly, lowering her eyebrows.

She closed her eyes, and her tears wet the table also. A few minutes later, she fell asleep in that position as the sun's rays fell on her backside.

A few moments later, Eron came there, and he caught a glimpse of her face shining in the sunlight that was coming through the window.

So, he took a few books from the shelf and came near her. He put it standing on the table to cover her face from sunlight. Then he sat down directly opposite her, admiring her napping beauty.

He took out his phone, took a picture of her, and smiled gently at her.

He also leaned his face over the table as his face faced her face and kept glancing at her. He fully admired her beauty.

Larzhy noticed him while she sat at the next table, which was next to them. She swallowed and looked at them with watery eyes.

The sun slowly dropped from the sky. Lisa opened her eyes and stretched her hands to the window side. So the books collapsed.

She took back her hands as soon as the book fell, and she blinked, surprised. There was none other than her.

She sighed relaxingly and placed it in the layer. Then she went home.

Xiye gave her a ride. "Wipe off your stroll!" Xiye declared while Lisa was getting on the cycle.

So she wrinkled an eyebrow, tight-lipped and wiped it off, and sat comfortably.
