I continued walking down the gravel path outside the school, working my way back home. I looked up and saw my mother and father outside of the gates. "Huh? What are you doing here?" I asked, confused. "We've come to talk to your principal." My dad turned his head towards me. "M-Mrs. Clairmond?! Why?!" I sounded angry and confused. I sighed as we walked up to the school again. I got mildly frustrated at the gasps and whispers coming from other students. Why is it that everywhere I go, everyone always has something to say about my parents?! We pushed open the doors of the school to see Mrs. Clairmond standing silently near the Auditorium. My mother cleared her throat, trying to get Mrs. Clairmond's attention. "Ah, Francis, Norman. How lovely it is to see you both again." Mrs. Clairmond smiled and bowed. "You as well, Guinevere." My father said, smiling. I stood awkwardly behind my mother and father, looking at the ground and hoping to not be noticed. "And nice to see you too, Beatrix." I shot my head up at Mrs. Clairmond. "Y-you too!" I awkwardly smiled. "Well, shall we get going?" Mrs. Clairmond said, holding her arms out, directing us down the hall to the office. My mother and father smiled and walked down the hall silently.
