In the middle of a forest a great swinging flash erupted through the trees, the portal appeared and a kyser emerged. Just after he left the portal, he disappeared leaving him in this new world he knew nothing about.
He took the time to look around before starting off in a random direction with no idea where to go. He wandered through the forest for several minutes looking for something to help him find out more about where he was.
After several minutes of walking he finally finds a path in the middle of the forest. Seeing this he decided to follow this path, after all he could come across someone who also follows this path. He continued on the path for quite a while looking around not noticing anything much different as the white shadow had told him, just a forest with some animals that you could find in any other forest.
He was still walking for quite a while when he heard a noise coming from in front. He looked straight ahead to see a wooden horse-drawn carriage with a rather fat, scrawny man on it in a farmer's outfit.
He motioned for the man to stop when he approached him.
"Can I do something for you my dear?"
Kyser took the time to take a closer look at the man and the carriage. He could see in the back several vegetables of all kinds piled up.
".....Do you know where I can find a town?"
"A town? Must be your lucky day, I'm just heading for the town of Epsilon! Get in the back I can take you there at the same time."
Hearing this, kyser simply nodded and climbed into the back of the carriage and made a place for himself among the various vegetables. He lay down with his hands behind his head and the farmer went on his way.
A lot of time passed and kyser had closed his eyes to rest but suddenly an arrow stuck in the carriage which startled the horse which reared up. At the same time a dozen men emerge from the forest and surround the carriage.
Kyser straightened up awake by all the commotion and noticed the presence of several men around them and judging by their outfits and their light leather armor they were certainly bandits.
"Get off the carriage immediately if you value your life!" yelled one of the men pointing his sword at the farmer who did what he said as quickly as possible.
Kyser did the same but took his time to look at all the men around him. When they saw him come down several of them had a moment of surprise when they saw the armor he was wearing and the longsword behind his back which caused them to take a few steps back.
The man who had ordered them to get off saw his companions stepping back and looked at kyser who remained perfectly still.
"Hei you! Drop your weapon on the ground if you don't want to die!"
Kyser turned his head towards the man who seemed to lead their group. Beside him was the frightened farmer who looked at him with a glimmer of hope in his eyes thinking that he was a great warrior and that he was going to rid them of these bandits but this gleam disappeared the moment kyser took his sword in hand and let it fall to the ground.
When the sword hit the ground a crack formed in the ground as if he had just dropped something that was extremely heavy.
"Good! You there, go pick up his sword!"
One of the men approached the sword and took it in his hand but when he tried to lift it it did not move an inch.
"So? What the hell are you doing!" asked the man.
"I...I can't lift the sword...it's too heavy!"
"What! You piece of trash! Forget that sword and get me that carriage, we'll bring all that food back and you two are coming too, you're probably from a nearby village and we've got some questions for you."
They went into the forest and followed the bandits who, after several minutes of walking, brought them to the entrance of a cave. They enter the cave with the carriage and kyser noticed the presence of a camp of about thirty men in the cave.
"You there, put the carriage down there, as for you two, our chief wishes to see you!"
He turned around and headed for a platform where a seat was placed with a man sitting on it. The man was rather tall with graying hair and beard as well as a scar over one of his eyes.
"Boss! I'm bringing you back two prisoners who are coming to a village not far away!"
"Oh! Really! Well, I hope you'll be so kind as to tell us where your village is located so that we can pay a little courtesy visit if you see what I mean...."
At that moment the farmer spoke.
"I'm sorry but I can't tell you that, I know people like you and I would never put my comrades in danger!"
Suddenly he received a violent blow in the stomach from one of the men who made him fall to the ground in pain.
"Who the fuck do you think you are talking to the boss like that!"
"Well...since you don't seem to want to cooperate, I hope your colleague here is more open-minded." he said, looking at kyser who hadn't said anything since the beginning.
At this moment the attention of all the men present in the cave was focused on kyser who took two steps forward.
"So...if I understand correctly...you're the boss here?"
"Yes, I thought that was clear?"
"Good....that's all I wanted to know...."
He then raised his arm in the air which surprised many of the bandits.
"What is he trying to do?"
"I think he must be mentally retarded!"
"Why waste our time with these two wastes, better kill them right away!"
Suddenly a noise was heard, it was the noise made by an object flying at full speed. Suddenly something entered the cave creating a wave of air that made the dust fly in a cloud.
The thing in question that landed in kyser's hand was none other than his sword.
"Wait how did you…."
SHLACK!!!!
The leader did not have time to finish his sentence when his head began to roll on the ground and his body fell to the side, his blood spilling on the ground in front of kyser who was now standing on the stage.
he then turned to the rest of the bandits who had just witnessed the scene with an expression of pure horror on their faces.
"So.....who's next?"
