Chapter 37 - Alicorns...

The next day, Lauren went to the room where her alicorn creations were. She filled them with power and their hearts and lungs started to work. She went deep into her mind and poured intelligence, kindness, caring, and love into them. She made them strong, slim, and talented. She called Levi and he came to the room. She wanted him there for the awakening. She took the globes and Levi to a valley between two mountains near the keep. She put a protective barrier around the valley. She materialized a few homes and the enchanted wheat they needed to eat. She also planted blue life flowers, golden apple trees, cherry trees, and peach trees. She filled the valley with every sort of iridescent flower. It was beautiful. "You are going to be their King, Levi. You will choose one or more of them to be your Queen and concubines. I created two other males so that there will be a good mix for your children to be healthy and thrive. So, are you ready to see the new alicorns?"

"He shook his head yes. The globes popped open and beautiful iridescent alicorns stepped out. They shook their manes and sprinkled the air with glitter. Their golden horns shone and their wings glistened and sparkled. Levi was speechless and his eyes were stretched wide. He gave Lauren a huge hug and began to cry because of his joy. The new alicorns stretched their jewel-tipped wings and rose in the air. They didn't go very high. When they landed, they were in their human forms. Levi composed himself and moved with Lauren to be presented to the new alicorns.

"Hello. I am the Keeper of the Keys, Lauren. This is the Alicorns' King, Levi. You are born from him and because of him. He will set the rules for how you will live."

She yielded the floor to Levi. "I'm so happy that you are all here. You are a sight to see. We will get to know each other and create a plan for us together. Now that I am not alone anymore, I want us to be happy and for our rules to be agreeable to all."

"Do you think the new alicorns should dwell near the dragon realm so they can benefit from the magic they should be exposed to and be in a safer place?" Gerald asked. "You can create what they have on a planet, in the air near the dragon realm. They are not land animals. Beautiful job creating them."

"That's a good idea," Lauren replied. "Wait. What's going on here?"

Gerald materialized and gave Lauren a hug. "I know a bit more than I let on."

"Okay, but you will explain later," Lauren said. He nodded. "Will you come help me? Do I need MaGayla or anyone else?"

"MaGayla definitely. You can't travel or fly right now. God would be helpful and maybe Gaia."

Lauren called God. "Hey God, I need your help." God popped into the field.

"Oh, wow! So beautiful! I haven't seen this many alicorns in a long time. You did well Lauren."

"Thanks." Lauren was happy he was pleased. "I did have help. Anyway, I need you to help me move this home I created for them to the dragon realm actually, beside it."

"Oh, is that all? So put their land back where it was before it fell to the ground, no problem. I will do that right now." He disappeared for a moment and returned with a smile on his face. "Your wonderful dragon has a surprise for you. Let's go." He raises his hands and the field elevates. It settled next to the dragon realm in an area that was made just for it. Cloud waterfalls and rainbows were already added to the skyline and the cloud under covering moved into place.

Gerald came into view and landed next to Lauren in human form. "We rare animals must help each other out." He patted Levi on his back. "I learned from class that you think you were the last alicorn. You were the last alicorn on land." He waved his hand and twelve more alicorns pranced in. There were two more males. Levi was still the oldest and therefore, still the King.

"We found them as babies and hid them in the dragon realm. We searched for more using the stars, but this is all that we found." Gerald really did surprise me. "With them in your herd, there will be a stronger breed quality."

Levi was happy to see more alicorns but he was angry. "Were you ever going to tell me I wasn't the last alicorn? If Lauren hadn't made the ones she made would I even know the others existed?"

"Yes, you would know. I was shocked to see you to be honest. I had to make sure you were not a trick of the witch. I pledge to keep all in my care safe, so I waited until both witches were captured and when Lauren said she was ready to open her alicorn globes, I knew it was time to tell you. I didn't mean to offend you."

The explanation soothed Levi and he accepted the apology. "Twenty-one alicorns. It is a good start."

"Um, twenty-two," God said. He walked over to Lauren and pulled a strand of her hair. With it came her mental alicorn she created in her mind lab. She looked a lot like Lauren but she had light blue eyes and hair. Her horn was gold and she had aquamarine stones on her wings. Her hooves were also light blue crystals.

Levi walked up to her and took her hand. "This is my queen. You are so beautiful."

"Thank you, my king. It will be my honor to be your queen. We will create a wonderful home here."

"What is your name?"

"Shantel."

"It is nice to meet you." Levi turned to introduce her.

"Keeper, this is Queen Shantel."

"We know each other very well," Shantel said. "After all, I came out of her. She is technically my mom."

"Wow, I never thought of it that way. Okay. I will accept the title."

"It's different being a created being and birthing a being," God said. "You are her mom just like I am the father of creation. Since I pulled her out of you, she is more your sister than your daughter since I am your dad."

"I like that better," Lauren said with a giggle. "Thanks for your help, dad."

God smiled, Blushing he said, "You called me dad." and popped out.

"Well, Levi, do you need us to stick around or are you going to be okay with your new herd?" Gerald asked.

"I think we will be okay. We have a lot of talking and planning to do."

"Okay, then I am going to take Lauren and we will come back tomorrow to see how things are."

"Okay. That will be great. Thanks again."

Lauren left with Gerald and went to the dragon realm.
