He talks from his ear piece and a woman's voice answered "Working on it."
As his chasing continues, he was transported to where the man was. He grabbed his shoulders and pressed him to the ground.
"I caught you. Now.. Who's your leader?"
"I can't tell you! If I do he'll kill me!"
The man frustratingly said.
"Instead, I'll give you an intel."
"What intel?" Kaiser said.
"Dark Hats has abducted a woman in their base on Fujiwara City. I don't know what or why they did that, but maybe they're up to something."

His body then turned into a data and dissolved in the air, believing that the man was killed by their leader.
