Chapter 4 - chapter 4

[Updated]

...

At Ron's request, the Evil Wolf Pirates reluctantly escorted him to Windmill Village. As Ron disembarked from their ship, he was met with the pitiful looks from the entire crew, including Captain Wolf himself. The helplessness of not being able to secure such a powerful ally weighed heavily on their hearts.

"Ah, Captain, if only we had known Lord Ron's true identity, we might have been able to make him the captain!" one of the pirates sighed.

"If he had revealed his identity, he might have left us long ago" Captain Wolf replied, shaking his head. "He's clearly a formidable swordsman traveling the seas, seeking that seemingly ordinary life to gain a deeper understanding of his swordsmanship. He and us exist on entirely different levels."

The pirates nodded in agreement, recognizing the vast gulf in strength and experience between Ron and themselves.

"Nevertheless, it's a great honor that the Evil Wolf Pirates could provide a place for Lord Ron to train and settle down" one pirate who knew Ron well remarked with a smile.

"Hahaha, you're absolutely right!" Captain Wolf chuckled. "Come on everyone, in celebration of our escape, let's have a grand feast!"

"Long live the captain!"

...

Ron paid little attention to the current state of the Evil Wolf Pirates as he casually strolled through Windmill Village. At this point in time, 'Fire Fist' Ace should have already set sail and embarked on a journey through the Grand Line, vanquishing many formidable foes along the way. It wouldn't be long before he encountered Whitebeard and joined his crew, and become one of Whitebeard's "sons". Eventually, Ace would meet his fate in the great war that unfolded on Marineford's summit several years later.

"Ace... Whitebeard, it's a shame they had to die. Even though it's a part of the original plot from the anime, now that I'm in this world, I can prevent some of those regrettable events from happening. After all, this is my world now!" Ron's lips curled into a confident smile. He had every reason to feel this way, given his current strength.

"I've learned far too few skills so far. My only offensive abilities are swordsmanship, Evil Wolf punch and marksmanship, along with some knowledge in medicine and cooking. I need to acquire more skills, and as soon as I start, it can instantly reach the highest level. It's really quite overpowered!" Ron chuckled to himself.

He decided to stay in Windmill Village for a while and learn some additional skills before continuing his journey. Despite his strength, he believed that there was always room for improvement.

The next morning, Ron called in the hotel staff and inquired about places in Windmill Village where he could learn new skills to further enhance his survivability.

A month of diligent training and learning from down-and-out pirates in Windmill Village had further enhanced Ron's abilities. He paid them some Baileys and acquired skills that appeared ordinary to others but had significantly bolstered his capabilities.

Ron's progress was evident:

Age: Nineteen years old

Physique: 152

Strength: 146

Agility: 149

Spirit: 137

Skill Point Balance: 99 Billion

His skills now included:

Evil Wolf Punch: 2+98 (full level)

Basic Sword Technique: 3+97 (Full Level)

Iron Tree Gong: 1+99 (full level)

Broken Palm: 1+99 (full level)

Blazing Sword Technique: 1+99 (full level)

Blaster Step: 1+99 (full level)

Marksmanship: 2+98 (full level)

Cooking: 1+99 (full level)

Medicine: 1+99 (full level)

With these new skills, his four-dimensional attributes received a significant boost, surpassing a hundred points. His physical prowess had become extraordinary thanks to the Iron Tree Gong, which was an exceptional physical exercise.

The other three skills, Broken Palm, Flame Sword Technique, and Blaster Step, further enhanced his combat abilities, making him a formidable force.

Ron couldn't help but smile at his newfound power. He had reached a level comparable to the Four Emperors and was more than ready to set sail to the Grand Line. The Pirate World awaited him, and he was determined to make his mark as the King of the Pirates!

Ron sat at the counter in Makino's bar, enjoying a quiet moment with a beer. Makino, the green-haired woman behind the bar, had served him the drink. Ron had been busy learning various skills in Windmill Village for the past month, so he hadn't seen Luffy during this time.

However, on this particular day, Luffy, the young man with the straw hat, entered the bar with a stack of newspapers in his hand. Excitedly, he approached Makino, sharing news about Ace, Shanks, and other pirates. Ron couldn't help but observe Luffy, realizing that he wanted to set sail and embark on his pirate adventure.

As Luffy and Makino chatted about the news, Ron's attention was drawn to a stack of wanted posters. To his surprise, he noticed his own wanted poster among them. The image depicted a stern-faced teenager wielding a sword, unmistakably him, with a bounty of ten million Baileys.

Makino gave the poster to Ron, who simply smiled in response. He understood that his wanted poster had been issued due to his involvement with the Evil Wolf Pirates and their battles. However, it had taken some time for the news to reach Windmill Village.

"Turns out you're actually a powerful pirate!, I'm also going become a pirate!" Luffy looked at Ron with awe and excitement. His dream was to become a pirate as great as Roger and seeing someone like Ron filled him with envy.

"Go for it then little guy!" Ron smiled warmly, encouraging Luffy.

"Then, I'll work hard since my dream is to be a great pirate, just like Roger!" Luffy clenched his fists and declared his ambition.

The patrons in the bar couldn't help but chuckle at Luffy's determination. Makino, too, shared a subtle smile as she watched the exchange.

"Why do you always laugh at me?" Luffy, feeling a bit teased, protested, "I'll definitely find the One Piece!"

"We believe in you, Luffy," Makino assured him, nodding.

"Yes, Luffy, you've got our support!" The bar's patrons raised their glasses, offering their encouragement with smiles.

As their paths crossed in the bar, Ron couldn't help but think about Luffy's upcoming journey and the adventures that awaited him on the Grand Line.

Luffy's determination and unwavering spirit were evident as he declared his dream to become a great pirate like Gol D. Roger. Ron and the other patrons in the bar couldn't help but be charmed by Luffy's straightforwardness and enthusiasm.

Ron, in particular, found himself genuinely rooting for the young aspiring pirate. He chuckled at Luffy's outburst, encouraging him to go after his dreams with all his might. Ron understood the importance of determination and ambition on the path to achieving one's goals.

Despite Luffy's frustration at being laughed at, the supportive atmosphere in the bar reassured him. Makino and the other patrons believed in Luffy's potential and toasted to his future success as a great pirate.

As Luffy continued to share his dreams and aspirations, Ron quietly enjoyed the moment, reflecting on his own journey and the adventures that lay ahead in the Pirate World.
