...

"No, what kind of weather is this?" Nami exclaimed, staring up at the darkened sky as a sudden thunderstorm rolled through.

The crowd took refuge in their cabins, seeking shelter from the rain while keeping an eye on the turbulent sky and sea outside.

"Indeed, the weather here on the Grand Line is notoriously unpredictable," Tashigi remarked. "I hear sailing here is even more difficult."

"Yes," Nami agreed bitterly. "I've been monitoring the currents and the weather, but the climate changes so quickly here that I can't determine our direction."

"We need a log pose to navigate here," Ron interjected. "We need to find a way to get one."

"A log pose? But if we can't find the island now, where can we get one?" Makino frowned.

"Regardless, let's set a course and sail in any direction we can," Ron insisted. The weather and navigation on the Grand Line were treacherous without a log position. It was easy to get lost and end up back where you started.

So the log pose was essential for navigating the Grand Line.

"But if we choose a direction, won't we risk danger?" the girls asked worriedly.

"Danger? With me here, there's nothing to fear. Whatever the danger, I'll handle it," Ron reassured them, patting his chest confidently.

And so, despite the bad weather, the Going Merry set a course and pushed on.

Meanwhile, in the New World, at the mansion of the famous news reporter Morgans...

As Morgans listened to the cries of the news birds emanating from the Den Den Mushi before him, his expression suddenly changed dramatically.

He understood the language of the message birds, but the information they conveyed left him stunned for a moment.

"The world's greatest swordsman, Hawkeye Mihawk, defeated?" Morgans exclaimed in disbelief. "By Ron?"

Another call from a messenger bird in the Den Den Mushi confirmed the shocking news.

Morgans was stunned for a moment before he suddenly rose from his seat and strode purposefully toward the newspaper office.

In less than half a day, an emergency edition of the paper, carried by the news birds, was printed and quickly sent to all corners of the world - the Four Blues, the New World, and the first half of the Grand Line, known as Paradise.

The news brought by the bird was nothing short of shocking, causing a worldwide sensation in a matter of hours.

"What? How is this possible? Hawkeye Mihawk, one of the Seven Warlords, defeated? Is this some kind of joke?"

"A lie, surely! The world's greatest swordsman defeated by a nineteen-year-old? Ridiculous!"

"When did the Morgans start resorting to such sensationalism and spreading false news?"

"Hawkeye Mihawk, the strongest swordsman, lost in a duel? It's unbelievable!"

From the Four Blues to the Grand Line, almost everyone who saw the headline found it unbelievable.

However, as they delved into the details provided in the newspaper, disbelief turned to astonishment. Ron's strength and power were described in detail. While Ron had already gained some fame, the defeat of the world's strongest swordsman brought him to a whole new level of fame.

Previously, his bounty had reached 200 million, but those achievements were from minor fights in the East Blue. This was different. He had defeated not just anyone, but one of the Seven Warlords, who was the epitome of swordsmanship on a global scale.

As news of his victory spread around the world, Ron's fame instantly skyrocketed.

"A nineteen-year-old boy, newly arrived at the entrance of the Grand Line, duels with the world's greatest swordsman on Reverse Mountain and emerges victorious! This is..." Some readers' hands trembled as they absorbed the news.

"The Sword and Rose Pirates!" shouted the headline. "Captain Ron, at the age of nineteen, defeats the world's number one swordsman, claims Mihawk's title, and becomes the new strongest swordsman in the world! Absolutely incredible! What an exceptional young man!"

Meanwhile, at Marineford, headquarters of the Navy, where the Admirals were meeting...

Bang!

Fleet Admiral Sengoku angrily slammed his fist on the table, causing cracks to appear on its surface.

"Has Mihawk lost his mind?" Sengoku bellowed angrily. "What possessed him to accept a challenge from a newcomer?"

"Sengoku, what's gotten into you?" an elderly man wearing a hat resembling a dog's head strolled in casually, munching on senbei as he went. The crunching sound of the senbei irritated Sengoku, although he was resigned to it. (T/N: Senbei means rice crackers)

"Garp! Have you forgotten the message?" Sengoku exclaimed. "There's a new threat from your hometown, and if we don't rein him in, he'll become a threat to the Navy!"

"Huh?" Garp was taken aback. "What's going on? I didn't hear anything."

Seeing Garp's confusion, Sengoku sighed and rubbed his temples. "You know about Ron, right? The leader of the Sword and Rose Pirates in the East Blue. What a ridiculous name."

"Why fixate on names?" Garp chewed on his snack and strolled over to the sofa, where he made himself comfortable.

"This pirate, Ron, has been causing trouble in the East Blue and has now made his way to the Grand Line. He ran into Mihawk on Reverse Mountain, and they fought a duel. Can you believe it? Mihawk actually lost!" Sengoku's disbelief was palpable.

"Mihawk lost?" Garp was stunned.

"Mihawk is one of the Seven Warlords, representing the prestige of the World Government," Garp remarked, putting down his snack. "His defeat not only tarnishes his reputation, but also reflects poorly on the World Government."

Sengoku scratched his head vigorously, his discomfort obvious.

Life hadn't been easy since Ron had appeared. Every few days, there was news about Ron that gave him a headache.

He had expected Ron to confront the pirates in the Grand Line, but instead, he caused a stir just by arriving at its entrance.

"Has Mihawk confirmed this?" Garp asked, feeling that such things needed to be confirmed by the parties involved.

"I have confirmed it. Morgans wouldn't fabricate such news, and he confirmed it!" Sengoku said firmly. "Our priority now is to figure out how to deal with Ron's growing influence. Defeating Mihawk means that he has the strength of a warlord. If he continues to grow, even our admirals might not be able to stand up to him!"

"What do you suggest?" Garp inquired.

"I want an admiral to lead a fleet to defeat him!" Sengoku explained.

Garp raised an eyebrow. "Send an admiral to deal with a mere pirate crew?"

"Yes!" Sengoku chuckled wryly. "A small crew led by a teenager who has become the strongest swordsman in the world. Isn't that reason enough to send an admiral?"

"Hmm." Garp nodded thoughtfully. "That makes sense. But didn't you send a fleet to intercept him earlier? What about that?"

"I'm canceling the interception mission now!" Sengoku headed for the door. "It will take time for the admirals to arrive, and if the fleet meets him now, it won't end well!"

"Good idea!" Garp agreed as he watched Sengoku leave. "And let's raise his bounty as well. Two hundred million is too low!"

Garp shook his head and thought about the situation. Sengoku decided to send an Admiral, but he still doubted if even that would be enough to handle Ron.

"Unless all three Admirals join forces!" Garp made a mental note before leaving the office.
