"Oi, idiot, are you sure about this?"
Elena asked as we stood on stage in front of the village entrance. Numerous Crimson Demon stood behind us, watching us in curiosity. In a distance ahead of us ranks upon ranks of the demon king army, their General led at front, watching warily.
"What do you think Aqua?" I asked her while strumming my guitar. Megumin and Yunyun has also started her sound check.
"I say we're gonna crush them!"
I grinned at that and simply watched as the demon king army stopped right in front of us.
The general stepped forward, watching us in suspicion. She looked at the Crimson Demons standing behind us warily before stopping a good ten meters away from the stage.
"What is this all about?" Sylvia asked. "Who are you? You're not a Crimson Demon…"
I strummed my guitar. "The name's Satou Kazuma!" the look of surprise and slight fear in her face told me she has heard about me. "And today, we're going to make your demise, absolutely glorious!!!"
We all activated our magic microphone and begun our chorus.
Burning fires, burning lives
On the long distant roads
Through the lost mountains endless
So far away from home
Magic fills the air the moment we start playing. The Crimson Demon shouted as one and began casting their spells. Sylvia pulled a one eighty and fled away from the scene as quickly as possible.
The Demon King Army came charging at us, but the showers of the Advanced Spells, doubled in power by the war music, makes them look like an ant trying to climb a hill. Some visibly looked like they're trying to run away, but our music will not let them.
That's right, Aqua here is using her skill 'Puppet Orchestra' to force the Demon King Army forward. The only one who seems to be capable of retreating is Sylvia herself and she too could only watch in fear and awe as the Crimson Demons ripped through her ranks.
The Demon King army has been reduced to eighty two percent and we haven't even started singing yet. Heck, some Crimson Demons even stopped casting their spells and start cheering at us instead, wanting to wait for the Demon King army to recover.
"What is this music!?"
"Aah!! My seal it's weakening! It's the music!!!"
"My other half, it's dancing with the melody! I can't hold it in!!!"
Soon enough, the army began closing in and the Crimson Demon started their spells once again. Like the most spectacular light show in history, the entire battlefield lights up with magic power.
Fire tornado, earthquakes, thunder storms, tidal waves, blizzards…
The forces of nature itself unleashed its wrath against the demon king army. The screams of the demons drowned out by the music and the cheering of all the Crimson Demon.
Then, I started to sing.
Crossing battles savage seas towards the mountains high
Forest plains of wilderness we're striking out tonight
On towards our destiny we travel far and wide

In the flames of hell we fire at will the fires of doom has come
With the forces of the blackest knights they're staring at the sun

Liz didn't want to miss out from the fun. She literally charged in towards the Demon King Army and start ripping them apart. The dragon flew through the demons while cackling madly. She's not even bothered about getting caught in the crossfire with the Crimson Demons.
"Bow to me morsels!!! Gaze upon the Frozen Abyss of Destruction and accept your fate! For I am Emperor Queen Elizabeth! The Ruler of All Dragons!!!"
"Sacred Create Water!!!!"
A tidal wave swept through the battlefield, flooding the demon king army. Half of them were swept away and began to drown within it. But then…
"FREEZE!!!"
Fallen soldiers taste the steel of death the daylight dawning
Sun will shine upon the lives of burning hearts of ice
As you break through the boundaries of life this feeling of despair
And they die in their sleep for the world that will not care
You feel lost in this labyrinth of pain this sickening dismay
There's a voice inside that's calling another wasted day
Can't you see the history the suffocating madness
In the land of fallen souls there's nowhere left no place to go
I have traveled far and wide across this wasteland
Still searching for the answers for the right to understand

"The music! It has awakened my hidden power! Face the Wrath of Zeus! Cursed Lightning!"
"My cold heart, it's beating with the music! I have to release it!!! Freeze Gust!"
"The Black Flames in my heart! I can't hold it in anymore! It's about to burst!!! Inferno!"
"The seal has been broken! My magic is at its peak!! Light of Saber!"
"The whispers of Death has spoken to me… Your defeat is certain! Energy Ignition!"
The Crimson Demons, when they're not wreaking havoc through the Demon King's ranks, started treating the magic buff as their awakening. I mean, they literally have the power of music and goddess at their side so they're not wrong.
"Waaahhhh!! Uwaaahhhh!!"
"Sylvia-sama! Sylvia-sama!! Please retreat! Even if only you make it-Please retreat!"
"Damn, damn it! I can't turn around! I can't run! AAAAH!"
"Wolbach sama, help us!!! I repent! I repent! Just let us retreat!!!"
On the flip side, the Demon King Army is being decimated left and right. Their troops has been reduced all the way to a mere twenty five percent. Some of them began begging for mercy while praying to their goddess Wolbach.
Too bad for them, their goddess have forsaken them.
"Whipping Vines!"
A bunch of vines burst out of the ground and began binding the forces of the demon king army. Some vines grew spikes and trashed around wildly through their ranks. It seems like the resident tsundere Alraune has decided to join in the ranks.
"You get them Elena!"
And get them they did. Although not as flashy as the other spells. The ground itself became a death trap for the demons. It binds and crushes them, whipping at them and turn them to disarray.
At this point, even without the puppet orchestra they won't try to escape, some even jumped on to the nearest spell, eager to escape this nightmare through quick death.
Riding through the starlight and smashing the boundaries as hellfire falls from the sky
A shadow of pain will arise from the ashes of those fallen ones who have died
Our only master with fire and fury of hell will see his bidding done
Blasting from high as the battle unfolds to the gates of the city we come
Behind me, Megumin jumped off stage, abandoning her drums. Numerous magic patterns formed above the sky, blotting out the sun, and struck fear and horror to the ranks of the Demon King Army.
"EXPLOSION!!!"
The numerous explosion rained from the sky in a steady rhythm. The mad lad uses the battle field as her drums as she destroyed every last remnant of the Demon King Army from the face of earth. The epic rhythm of explosion can even be heard from as far as the other side of the village.
It's the sound of the drums that struck fear into the foes heart and brings forth courage in the most hopeless of all situation.
This is not a hopeless situation so I'd call this an overkill beyond all overkill. Coupled by Aqua's buff, Megumin is literally reshaping the landscape with explosions alone. Even the other Crimson Demon stopped their spells and simply looked at her with wide eyes.
What the heck, I can do that too!
"INFERNO!"
I jumped off the stage and a tidal wave of flame burst forth, I used my control of fire to turn it into a gigantic snake monster and have it wreak havoc among the ranks.
The Hellfire Snake slithered through the Demon King's Army. Swallowing anything in its path and turn them to ashes. It moves in a steady rhythm, by the commands of my guitar. Slithering, striking, and hunting down the demon king army.
Megumin and I jumped straight to the battlefield. We stood back to back in the middle of the warzone. Explosion rain down from the heavens and the Giant Snake slithered around us and throughout the battlefield.
Our music and our magic commands the war and the destruction of our foe.
