"And why is that?" Ezekhiel asked his father. He didn't know why but he got a feeling that his father knew something that he don't. And he hated this feeling. It's like his father is keeping a secret that he needs to know from him.
"Of course because i believe in you guys. Also, because there's a guardian angel in our pack haha!" His father joked.
He didn't understand what his father was saying and so, he just shake his head and scans the surrounding. His mother noticed this and giggled.
"Oh! You're finding your mate, right? She's busy so you might not see her here."
Ezekhiel just sighed at the weird behaviours of his parents and was disappointed that he didn't get to see his mate.
"Okay, we gotta go." Ezekhiel said to his parents in which, they nodded in return.
Ezekhiel then went in front of his warriors and commanded them to prepare themselvees because they're now going to take off. The way you see them right now is like going on a battlefield that's extremely dangerous.
After arranging everything, Ezekhiel once again scans his surroundings in hope of finding his mate. He wanna see his mate first going going to the Lotus Pack but again, to his disappointment, he didn't see her.
He sighed and then signaled to his men to take off already. They will be going to the Lotus Pack in their wolf form and so, they immediately transformed in their wolf form with Ezekhiel leading them. And then after a loud howl coming from him, they take off.
"I should be worried for him because we know how dirty the Bruyant Hunters work, but strangely, I'm not."
The previous luna, Keila, said as she leans her to her mate's shoulder. Zandro just wraps his right arm across his wife's waist before speaking.
"You know that it's because of Vie. You are complacent because you know that she's also with them."
Yes, it was also because Keila knew that Genevieve was with them that's why she's not worrying about her son. She knew Genevieve's attitude. Genevieve's attitude was like, as much as possible, she didn't want any of the wolves she's protecting be hurt unless she wanted to them to.
Actually, Genevieve was already in the Lotus Pack. Genevieve went to their house yesterday and told them that she will be going to the Lotus Pack. She went to the Lotus Pack at around 1 am and have been on watch ever since.
When Genevieve just got home from her self training, she immediately went to take a bath and went to sleep. At around 12 midnight, she was woken up by the sound of her phone, ringing.
It was George who was calling her and reported about an emergency. Genevieve becomes annoyed because they didn't forgot to monitor about the Lotus Pack that's why it's now in a mess. So, after ending the call and telling George to prepare her things, she go to the previous alpha's house and told them that she were leaving to Lotus Pack.
And ever since that, after getting her things from George on the way, Genevieve immediately went to the Lotus Pack and hide herself to a big tree where she successfully hidden herself very well, she also used a masking spray that could hide her scent that even wolves can't distinguished the smell. And so, Genevieve also knew about the letter that has been sent to Ezekhiel and the contents of it.
It's just that, she didn't save those two, the alpha and luna of Lotus Pack, because they did something unimaginable. Those two leaders of the Lotus Pack has always been harassing their pack members, especially the omegas. They also didn't care about mates and just matchmake anyone they think could help the pack.
Genevieve also knew that those two were trying to request a protector from them. And it's not because they wanna be protected, but because they had a deal with the Bruyant Hunters that the Lotus Pack will request a protector and give it to the Bruyant Hunter for them to ruin.
The Bruyant Hunters gave them a week, the letter also arrive at the organization together with the Crescent Moon Pack's letter but Genevieve rejected it when she knew the reason. She wanna let those two, the alpha and luna of the pack, know what it feels like to have their karma.
Genevieve wouldn't let anyone touch her men especially if they're hunters. She did her best protecting and building their organization not to just be ruined by some pack because of their selfishness. And so, when a week had passed, their deal ended and this is what happened to the both of them. Fortunately, other than the alpha and the luna, no one else knew about that deal. Even their right hand men, knew nothing about that and if they're also involved, she wouldn't waste her time saving them.}
And so, she didn't bother saving the alpha and luna. But, that doesn't mean that she's already with the Bruyant Hunters. It was the alpha and luna's karma to be in that state. All Genevieve have to do now is to wait for the Crescent Moon Pack warriors and helped them when needed to.
She wanna see if the Crescent Moon Pack's new leaders can handle this type of thing. She also wanna see if they are strong enough to be acknowledged as her leaders. If they are, then she's willing to obey their commands and would even tell her identity but if they're not, she wouldn't let them command her so easily.

It was around 4 am when she got a call from the previous alpha, Zandro, telling her that Ezekhiel's group just take off and was on their way to the Lotus Pack. Genevieve just responsed with a 'hm' and the call was then ended.
The previous leaders of the Crescent Moon Pack knew that they didn't need to tell Genevieve to take care because Genevieve never once had, had a mission that she was wounded. It's actually because they just didn't see it.
Genevieve called George and told him to tell every Fourth Class Protectors to monitor each and every pack, including their members, to see if there's any abnormalities just like the Lotus Pack. Also to warn every pack not to do something that will make them their organization's enemies.
George immediately did as what his boss had ordered. He too, was furious because someone dared to have their sights on their organization and even had the guts to sell their protector for their own interests.
Genevieve ended the call when she got a positive response from George and looked at her watch. It was already 04:15 and Genevieve knew that the Crescent Moon Pack's warriors will arrive in 15 minutes.
Genevieve then positioned herself properly and then closed her eyes to take a nap. What can she say? She's tired as fvck.
