After knocking Tiago unconscious, Genevieve suddenly heard a groan.
She then turned to look at the other wolves and Francis' location and found Francis, fighting the two hunters. The hunters were a man and a woman.
You can easily predict a man's move but never a woman. So although Francis managed to fight them both, he still got a few hits from the female hunter.
Francis was feeling nervous while fighting the two hunters. He's predicting the female hunter's move while attacking the male hunter. He managed to blocked the attacks of the male hunter but sometimes failed to blocked the attacks of the female hunter.
He received a lot of hits from the female hunter but managed to still fight the two hunters.
While fighting the two hunters, the other injured wolves didn't joined in on the fight, afraid that they might hinder Francis and also because they can't protect theirselves yet due to the injuries that they've suffered.
Genevieve didn't immediately help Francis, she first dragged Tiago and went to a huge rock to sit, carelessly putting the unconscious Tiago down.
She watched as Francis blocked the attack of the two hunters then gets hit by the female hunter.
Francis was feeling exhausted fighting and being hit by these hunters, thinking that Genevieve still isn't done, he comforts himself just to continue fighting these two.
Not until, they changed positions and happened to see Genevieve, sitting at the huge rock, looking so bored. Her right hand under her chin looking at them fighting, while her legs crossed.
Francis got distracted at what he saw and was punched in the face by the male hunter, followed by being hit at the stomach by the female hunter.
Francis staggered a few steps back and felt an iron-like-taste on his lips, he then wiped his lips and turned to looked at Genevieve, who shakes her head on him. Seemingly disappointed at him for being distracted while in a fight.
Francis gritted his teeth and continue fighting the hunters, while fighting he suddenly felt really unfair to be suffering like this. He said to himself that when he goes back to their pack, he'll really do anything, and he means, anything, so that he won't be partnered to this evil woman again.
But as this story goes on, he will be very disappointed almost every time in the future.
5 minutes later and Francis still haven't finished fighting the two, he's really exhausted while the two seems like they still have a lot of energy in them.
When Genevieve got bored of them fighting, she stands up on the unconscious Tiago and picked up a small stone. She then throws the stone unto the female hunter which hit her straight in her forehead.
The female hunter turned to look at Genevieve and then leap up towards her, not minding Francis anymore. When she was about to hit Genevieve, her face was grabbed forcefully by Genevieve and was sent straight to the huge rock where Genevieve previously sat causing the female hunter's head to bleed.
The wolves and hunter—who was about to attack Genevieve, were shocked at the scene that they just saw. They cannot believe that it's that easy for her to stop a hunters move and kill her in just a second.
The male hunter, having no time to react, was also grabbed by Genevieve after a second and have his head twisted. The last thing he saw is the face of the girl who looks bored when she killed him.
"Easy."
After Genevieve finished the two hunters, she said this words, which cause the wounded Francis to be agitated, and then she walk towards the unconscious Tiago and dragged his body to the Red Moon Pack.
Francis badly wanted to complain to their alpha about the way Genevieve treat him but immediately dismissed the thought when he remembered that it was their alpha who let him accompany this evil girl.
Francis swallowed his grievance and gestured to the other wolves for them to follow Genevieve.
A few minutes later...
2 hours have passed since Genevieve and Francis went to save the kidnapped wolves, although Alpha Scott and his pack were worried about them, they have decided to just wait and prepare for when they come back.
Thinking that it might take a while for them to be saved, he got increasingly worried for those who have been captured.
Luna Scott keeps on comforting him even though she too, was feeling worried.
"Dear, let's just wait. It's only been 2 hours since they've gone to save them. Maybe in an hour or so, they'll be here already."
Luna Scott said, trying to comfort her mate.
"Yeah, i know. But what can i do? I just can't help but get worried."
Alpha Scott said as he hugs the waist of his luna and made her sit on his lap, he then laid his head on her and close his eyes to calm his emotions.
Luna Scott calmly pats his back and was about to talk when they suddenly hears a knock on the door.
Luna Scott gets up from his laps and walks towards the door and opens it. There she saw Beta Adler, shocked and happiness visible in his face.
"Yes? What is it?"
Luna Scott asked, confused about Beta Adler. She didn't know whether to be worried or be relieved by the emotions shown on his face.
After asking this question, she walks back to stand at the side of the table in front of Alpha Scott and gestured for Beta Adler to come in.
Beta Adler bowed slightly to the both of his leaders before going in and sitting down in front of the Alpha's table.
It was obvious that Beta Adler run towards their office by how he's slightly panting so Luna Scott went to get a water on the side and hands him a cup of water.
Beta Adler thanked his luna and drinks the water before he shared the news that he got.
"Alpha, we already got a signal from Ms. Anderson."
