An abandoned train station sat within a sea of inky darkness, nothing lighting its surroundings save a lone, flickering, lamppost. The only sound disturbing the silence of the platform was the incessant buzzing of the light that ever clicked in and out of existence, and this continued to be the case for several hours. To a solicitor spending hours observing the station, the noise may have become a silence of its own after a while, but even this silence was broken when chunks of viscera and pieces of a man's body blinked into existence above the train station.
