Chapter 12 - Chapter 12 Update Volume 2

As Aki closed his eyes, he cleared his mind and focused on imagining the story of Fairy Tail Volume 2. He imagined the vivid scenes and colorful characters as if they were real and present before him.

In Chapter 5 of Fairy Tail manga volume 2, titled "Daybreak," Natsu, Lucy, and Happy take on a mission to destroy the book Daybreak, which is said to have ruined the life of its author's son. The trio heads to a large mansion to meet the client, who informs them that his father was forced to write Daybreak by Duke Everlue, a wealthy and corrupt aristocrat. The book caused a scandal, ruining the author's reputation and driving him to suicide.

While the client wants the book destroyed, Lucy becomes curious about its contents and decides to secretly read it. She discovers a hidden message inside that suggests the book is actually a memoir dedicated to the client by his father. Lucy decides to decode the message and persuades the client to keep the book, arguing that it holds valuable memories of his father.

Meanwhile, Natsu is shown attempting to eat a picture of Duke Everlue in frustration for being denied access to his mansion. The chapter ends with the trio setting off on their next mission, unaware of the looming danger posed by the dark guild Eisenwald and their plan to use the cursed flute Lullaby to carry out an assassination.

In Chapter 6, "Invade!! The Everlue Mansion," Lucy and her team infiltrate the mansion of Duke Everlue, hoping to find clues about his involvement in the creation of Daybreak. They encounter and defeat the duke's maids and guards, but are then confronted by Everlue himself. Meanwhile, Erza and Gray are en route to stop Eisenwald's plot.

In Chapter 7, "The Wizard's Weakness," Everlue reveals that he possesses a powerful Magic called the "Memory-Make" that allows him to manipulate his opponent's memories. He uses this Magic to incapacitate Natsu, Lucy, and Happy, but is defeated when Lucy uses her own Magic to erase his memories of Daybreak. Erza and Gray continue on their mission to stop Eisenwald, with Erza revealing that she is pursuing them because they have a connection to her dark past.

In Chapter 8, "Lucy vs. Duke Everlue," Lucy faces off against Everlue again, this time in a one-on-one battle. Despite his use of Memory-Make, Lucy manages to defeat him with the help of her Celestial Spirits, who lend her their powers. She also learns from Everlue that he was hired by someone else to obtain Daybreak, adding another layer of mystery to the book's origins.

Chapter 9, "Dear Kaby," focuses on Lucy's past as a member of a wealthy family who disapproved of her dream to become a wizard. She receives a letter from her old friend Kaby, who is struggling to live up to his family's expectations as well. The chapter emphasizes the importance of pursuing one's own dreams, even if they go against societal expectations.

In Chapter 10, "The Armored Wizard," Natsu and Gray meet a mysterious wizard named Gajeel, who wears armor made of iron and is a member of the rival guild Phantom Lord. Gajeel reveals that Eisenwald's plan is to use Lullaby to destroy a nearby town, and that Phantom Lord is planning to take advantage of the chaos to invade and destroy Fairy Tail.

Chapter 11, "Natsu on the Train," sees Natsu board a train to catch up with Eisenwald, but is confronted by Phantom Lord's members, who are also on board. The chapter features several fights, including Natsu's battle against Phantom Lord's wizard Juvia, who has the power to control water.

In Chapter 12, "Spell Song," Erza and Gray arrive at Eisenwald's hideout, where they face off against its leader, a wizard named Erigor. Erigor possesses a Magic called "Storm Magic," which he uses to control the wind and manipulate his opponents' senses. Erza counters with her own Magic and weapons, while Gray uses his Ice-Make Magic to freeze Erigor's attacks.

In Chapter 13, "Death Laughs Twice," Natsu catches up to Eisenwald's train and confronts its members, including the assassin who possesses Lullaby. The chapter ends with a cliffhanger as Natsu faces off against the assassin, with the fate of the town hanging in the balance.
