Chapter 30 - Chapter 29 Vista’s slash, Nozarashi!

Upon Majima's suggestion, Vista decided to give it a try and entered the house, which was empty at that time as the other captains were practicing their abilities. On the bookshelf, he found a comic book about the one-sword style and briefly glanced over it.

Vista shook his head in disappointment as he scanned through the manga titles on the bookshelf. He dismissed "One of the Red Pupils Will Kill the Rain Village," commenting that the protagonist, a slender girl, was not his type. He then moved on to "Yeshen Knife Ten Fragrance" and expressed his disapproval of the idea of a weak girl wielding such a large knife as the protagonist.

Vista was feeling a bit speechless as he looked at the comics. He noticed that in Majima's works, all the heroines were cute girls. He wondered if Majima had a preference for this type of girl. Or perhaps, as a way to thank Majima for his contributions to the Whitebeard Pirates, they could quietly arrange for some cute girls to be sent to him later.

Vista entertained this idea in his mind as he continued to peruse the comics, which included titles such as "Shakugan no Shana," "Saber Nero Claudius," "Saber Altria," and "Sword Art Online: Asuna."

As Vista continued to browse through the comics, he became increasingly convinced that his assumption was correct - Majima was a good person. To him, being a pirate was about more than just robbing people. He even made a promise to give Majima his whole crew in the future. As he continued to flip through the pages, he suddenly came across a comic book cover that immediately caught his eye.

Vista's eyes were immediately drawn to the cover of a comic book titled "Zanpakutō Nozarashi." Seeing the man on the cover, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. As he delved into the pages of the comic, Vista became completely captivated by the character Zaraki Kenpachi and his battles. He was enthralled by the man's bravery and wildness, and even found himself shouting in excitement as he read. After a few hours of being completely absorbed in the story, Vista finished the comic and was left in shock at how much he had enjoyed it.

Vista was taken with the words of Zaraki Kenpachi, "Did you know? holding a sword with both hands are stronger than holding them with one hand!" He couldn't help but repeat them to himself, feeling that they held a great deal of truth. The more he pondered over these words, the more sense they made to him.

Vista's eyes widened in amazement as he looked at the sealed state he had just created in his hand. He couldn't believe it, but it was unmistakable "it was the Zanpakutō of Zaraki Kenpachi!"

Vista was deeply moved as he held the sealed state of Zaraki Kenpachi's Zanpakutō in his hand, feeling the powerful Reiatsu it emanated. He couldn't believe that he was actually holding the same sword used by the protagonist in the manga he had just read. As he held it, he suddenly received a message in his mind, which was the Kendo mantra associated with Zaraki Kenpachi's swordsmanship. Overwhelmed with emotion, tears streamed down his face.

"Finally..."

"I have obtained the abilities from the comics..."

The joy Vista experienced at that moment is indescribable! Only those who have gone through it can understand it!

It finally became clear to Vista that what Majima had said to him before was true, that he might not be suitable for the dual sword flow.

But now, it seems that the Zanpakutō: Nozarashi was meant for him all along, waiting for him to master Zaraki Kenpachi's kendo and perfect his own one-sword style!
