The Whitebeard Pirates' base camp is located on Dillock Island, and everyone headed there after leaving the Moby Dick.
"Do you believe that what Majima said is true, Marco?" Rakuyo, the captain of the seventh division , was still in disbelief about what Majima had said.
Rakuyo couldn't believe that the Whitebeard Pirates would engage in a full battle with the Marines. He questioned whether the Marines were really willing to do this and wondered if other pirate groups in the New World would take advantage of the situation and attack the Marine Headquarters.
Rakuyo believed that this would be a dangerous move for the Marines, as they would be playing with fire and risking self-immolation.
Even without other large pirate groups joining forces with the Whitebeard Pirates, the possibility of other pirate groups taking advantage of the war to attack Marine branches and cause significant losses is a concern.
Additionally, the Revolutionary Army may also see this as an opportunity to strike.
"Don't doubt what Majima said. With the trust of father, he wouldn't talk nonsense. Moreover, his lone action this time is enough to prove the seriousness of the matter. During this time, everyone should not go around and waste time. Since Marine wants to fight, we must be fully prepared!" According to Marco.
When Marco made his statement, the other captains ceased their contemplation and dispersed to focus on their respective duties.
"What are you waiting for, Jozu? You possess a Devil Fruit power. If you can enhance your abilities further, your strength will increase more significantly than ours."Blamenco, the captain of the sixth division approached Jozu who was lost in thought and encouraged him to focus on developing his Devil Fruit power. Both of them have abilities centered around physical strength and often spar together. They have a good relationship with each other.
Jozu slapped his forehead and spoke in a dejected tone. "I always get a headache when it comes to developing Devil Fruits!"
Jozu lacks talent when it comes to developing Devil Fruits, which is an important aspect of the Pirate World. This process requires both physical strength and talent, which enables a pirate to create unexpected tactics and be more selective in their operations. However, Jozu's talent in this area is not particularly exceptional.
Blamenco had a sudden realization and punched Jozu in the waist. "Didn't Majima just suggest that you could ask him about improving our skills if you had any questions? Why not give it a try?"
"Stop messing around, Fatty. Even though Majima is powerful, he can't possibly know everything, especially about the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit, right? and It may not be a good idea to disturb Majima, who has been in seclusion for many years and committed to developing himself"
Blamenco expressed disagreement by shaking his head. "That's not necessarily true! Let me tell you, I once had a fight with father, and he used a new move called the Spiral Shock Wave. I was so surprised and asked him what it was. He said it was a new ability he had developed over time. Can you guess what the old man said?"
Jozu gave Blamenco a suspicious look. "Did old man tell you that Majima helped him develop it?"
"Hey, you guessed it right! That's exactly what happened. Father said he came up with the move thanks to the inspiration he got from Majima," Blamenco said excitedly.
Jozu witnessed the devastating power of the spiral shock wave firsthand and it left a strong impression on him. The fact that Majima helped Jozu's father develop the new ability made him think that maybe they can help him develop his Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit as well.
Jozu gave Blamenco a heavy pat on the shoulder as he thought about it. "Brother, you're right. I'll go and ask"
In the cabin of the Moby Dick, Majima was drawing comics and absorbing mysterious energy to enhance his abilities. He had just finished a chapter when a loud voice was heard from outside the door.
"I have a question to ask!, Majima"
As soon as Majima heard the sound, he immediately recognized who it was. He wondered why the person was coming to him.
"Enter."
Jozu entered the room after opening the door.
"I apologize, Majima. Did I disturb you?"
Despite his fierce appearance in battle, Jozu is very caring towards his fellow crewmates.
"Do not worry about interrupting. What can I help you with?"
Majima was caught off guard by Jozu's visit and couldn't think of any reason why he would come. He wondered if Jozu had come to ask about developing his skills, which would be embarrassing since he doesn't have much knowledge about it, as his strength mostly comes from the system.
Despite Majima apprehension, Jozu immediately stated his purpose without beating around the bush. "Brother Majima, you know I have the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit, but I'm not skilled in developing fruit abilities. I've been trying to force it, but it's not working. I heard you helped Dad develop his abilities, so can you help me develop mine?"
Majima was surprised by Jozu's request and wasn't sure how to respond. He wasn't particularly interested in helping Jozu develop his fruit ability, especially since he was focused on developing his own abilities.
Jozu's claim was accurate as the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit had very limited potential for development in terms of abilities. Essentially, Jozu only utilized the fruit's basic ability as a form of Armament Haki. While others used Armament Haki to enhance their strength and defense, Jozu used the diamond fruit to achieve the same. This made the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit use in Jozu's hands rather one-dimensional and brutal.
Majima cannot develop the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit either, even with the assistance of his system. While he was able to help develop the Shock Fruit for Whitebeard, this was due to the abundance of Whitebeard-related content and fan fiction online, which allowed for the creation of new abilities for the character. However, there is not much original content about Jozu, and thus it is unlikely that Majima can create a new ability for the Twinkle-Twinkle Fruit.
Majima had previously offered to help, but he is confident that the team captains will not come to him and ask for assistance., but now that Jozu has come to ask for help with a devil fruit he's not knowledgeable about, Majima then realizes that he has an idea, and his thoughts shift to that.
"You can try going to the eastern cliff of Dillock Island where I used to live, Captain Jozu. It might be able to assist you." The eastern cliff of Dillock Island was where Luo Lan used to live and store his comics. Maybe the various abilities depicted in the comics can give Jozu some inspiration, although Majima himself doesn't know how to develop the Twinkle Twinkle Fruit. Many of the comics have flashy and shiny abilities, like the gun in "Fate" and various golden sparkles. Instead of trying to explain further, Majima suggested that Jozu go see for himself.
As for whether it can help his fruit development, it depends on his own abilities.
if the development is successful, then its good and I will be regarded as his benefactor.
Of course, the most important thing is that Jozu can be sent away quickly, so that I can hurry up and draw comics.
