Life in Soul Society has always been monotonous as there is no entertainment.
Some souls arrives and some souls die.
Fortunately, Mazuru has recently found some entertainment, which is writing novels.
Since Sui Feng completely mastered Shunkō, there is no need for him to conduct so-called special training for Sui Feng. In the final analysis, both of them are the captains of Gotei 13, and her status is not lower than Mazuru, so why should she accept Mazuru's special training? Earlier, the lack of proficiency in Shunkō could be used as an excuse, but after the Shunkō is completely mastered, Mazuru really has nothing to teach Sui Feng.
Although there is no special training, it seems that because of what happened that night, Sui Feng would invite Mazuru to drink with him from time to time. The amount of alcohol tolerance also seems to have increased, anyway, she never got so drunk again.
Apart from occasional tasks, drinking with Sui Feng, training by himself, and reading books with Nanao, the one thing Mazuru does most is probably writing novels.
What Nanao said that day seemed to let Mazuru see a new world, and at the same time he awakened his artistic cells that were sleeping in his body. Not to mention that he drew up a lot of story outlines on the spot.
After actually writing down his ideas, through the artistic processing of Shunsui and Jushiro's time at the Shinōreijutsuin, even if the content written every day is not too much, but after only a month or so, a short and medium-length 'BL' novel was almost finished by Mazuru.
In order to prevent Shunsui and Jushiro think that this was to slander them. Mazuru made a second revision to the story in addition to the original pseudonym "Stray Dog". For example, Kyoraku Shunsui was changed to Kyoraku Shisui, Jushiro Ukitake was changed to Jushiro Kamikaze, and the place where the story took place, Shinō Academy was also changed to a fake Ryu Academy.
What? You guys doubt that is he really trying to cover up?
Mazuru said that he didn't write his real name in author's space, moreover at most the names were similar to the names of two Gotei 13 captains.
"Captain Mazuru."
A gentle woman's voice rang in Mazuru's ears, Mazuru raised his head, and before seeing the other party's face, he recognized who it was from the 'things' that first entered the door of the captain's room.
"It's Rangiku, are you looking for Gin?"
"Gin is currently teaching the new members who just joined the division. You can go to him directly." Mazuru greeted Rangiku in an easy-going tone.
Ever since Rangiku came to the Third Division to congratulate Gin on becoming the vice-captain, she met Mazuru and realized that Mazuru is a very easy-going person. Occasionally, when she was free, apart from going for shopping, she would visit the Third Division to visit Gin, and chat with Mazuru for a while.
However, because Mazuru is the captain of Gotei 13 after all, Rangiku still can't let go of the basic courtesy no matter how approachable he looks.
(T.L Note: Isshin would cry at the blatant discrimination.)
After hearing Mazuru's words, Rangiku immediately thanked Mazuru.
Then she went to find Gin, her childhood friend.
Mazuru glanced at the direction in which Rangiku was leaving, and his eyes were mainly on a certain part of the other person's body. This trot can be described as mountain shaking, which cannot be ignored!
Looking back, Mazuru picked up the pen and paper again and continued writing the novel.
What? You said why he didn't handle the team papers?
Didn't Gin handle it for him?
Not long after, two more figures came to his captain's room, namely Gin and Rangiku.
Gin is here to report to Mazuru.
Recently, it happened to be Shinō's graduation season, so the Third Division recruited some shinigami who had just graduated from Shinō to supplement the number of members, as the captain of the Third Division, he had to test this group of new team members out of emotion and reason, to see how good they were.
Of course this work was done by tool m…ahem… Gin.
"How about it?"
Ignoring Rangiku on the side, Mazuru asked Gin directly.
"Most of them are mediocre, but there are two top-notch ones. With a little training, maybe they can become the seat officers."
"Here's their test report."
Gin handed the report to Mazuru.
Mazuru took the report and glanced at it. The result of the test is not surprising, one can say that it is already very outstanding, you know, there are many Shinō graduates, but they don't even have the qualifications to enter Gotei 13.
There are thirteen divisions, and each division only has a few hundred shinigamis. The Third Division may have to recruit a little more, mainly as a reserve. When the other divisions encounter major changes, the Third Division as the support team needs to provide them with manpower.
"Well, nothing unexpected. I knew this is nothing for you. Since Rangiku is here, you can go shopping with her. It seems that you haven't talked about the old days for a while."
Mazuru said to Gin.
Because Rangiku is next to him, he cannot shamelessly squeeze Gin, otherwise, why would he put his image? There are still some team affairs that have not been dealt with.
Gin nodded expressionlessly, although he knew that it was not good for Rangiku to come here, but there were some things that he can't say out loud, and just when he was about to take Rangiku out of there.
He heard the sound of "bang bang bang bang" again.
What a coincidence!
This time, it's not that Mazuru deliberately put more workload on Gin to prevent him from reminiscing with Rangiku, but the head-captain has invited him.
Sure enough, the head-captain's voice sounded.
Another captain's meeting.
"Gin, it seems that you and Rangiku have to wait a while to catch up on the old days, and come to the First Division with me first." Mazuru said to Gin.
Looking at Rangiku at the side, he said, "If Rangiku is fine, you can wait here for a while. If we have a regular meeting, it shouldn't take too long. Of course, if you want to go back, you can."
Rangiku thought for a while, then smiled and said, "I'll just wait here for you guys to come back. I'm neither a captain nor a vice-captain, so I don't have so many things to do."
"I see."
Mazuru didn't say much.
Then left there with Gin.
Rangiku stayed in Mazuru's captain room. As an ordinary officer, she was actually a little curious about the work of the captain and vice-captain. After Mazuru left, she couldn't help but look around in the captain's room.
Then, she saw a stack of papers that Mazuru put on the table.
