Cire is in the Northern Area making him part of the TNPKA, which stands for, The Northern Power Kinesis Association.

- Their will be no fighting allowed on safe grounds. If a duel is triggered in safe grounds, both the players and the ones who triggered it will get a penalty
- Duels are to be requested when on safe grounds.
- Killing, robbery, destruction, is not prohibited on safe grounds
- Must be 18 years of age (or higher)
Cire: Hmm..seems simple, but I think theirs more to that then just what the contract form says.

A.I 350,000: This large advanced technological machine will determine your ranking and Power level. It will grant you a special ability based on your ranking.
Cire: Hmm, is that so?!

System: The first test will be the Aura/Mana test, please exert the maximum force of Mana you contain currently..

System: The next test will begin after 30 minutes, please exist the room and recover your body so you can prepare for the next test
Cire: That's smart! They let you recover the body because the body wont exert maximum force in 3 different factors of the test. After all it is determined based off of your peak point in that factor, so it make sense that in each phase you will get a break.
Cire: I am not an offical Power-Hunter yet so I can't check my status window yet

Cire: Alright, we finally arrived at the training grounds for the test

After a while, Cire took his mentality test, which contained heavy concentration stances for a long period of time, on top of specific locations and objectis. He soon got a C- on his Mentality test.

Cire: Hmm, I see..My stats are not as good, but hey everyone starts somewhere right? In fact I think getting a C= on Aura and a C- on Mentality is a great luck bestowed upon me! I mean I shouldn't be expecting my stats to be A+ right when I get them..!

There are so many rankings, thats why the system needs a day to process the results..
Players can level up by clearing quests, dungeons, pvps, raids, boss fights, etc..
Certain levels/stats gives certain skills.
Their are over 5000+ abulities around the world that has been discovered so far. Players are able to create or join guilds, corrently their are over 300+ guilds running, their are 3 big guilds that are the most popular for many reasons. Their nicknamed "The Inexorable Three's". And of course all guilds also have rankings.
Items, weapons, achievements, titles, skills, cards, specialties, requirements, obtainments, and a lot more also use the player ranking tier to determine their rarity/tier.
Items: Items are day to day things such as potions, boosters, jewelry, drops, etc.
Weapons: Pretty much how it sounds like, armour, bow, swords, gear, axe, sword, etc.
Achievements: Achievements are like a reward when you unlock, discover, complete, obtain, something thats like a requirement, or a secret quest/way.
Titles: Is what you get after doing certain amount of quests or killing certain amount of NPCs from different regions. Can also be obtained from methods such as day to day jobs or common ways.
Skills: Skills are the main abilities you have inherited or obtained. Skills can also be acquired through Boss fights, raid, dungeons, and other ways that are unknown for now.
Cards: Cards are like a a secondary ability, you obtain them through mastering specific things from Grandmasters. Their are currently 4 Obtainable Cards that are highly difficult to get, only 10 people were chosen.
Specialities: Specialities are like your Ultimate move, your final move.
Requirements: Basically what it sounds like, when you need to acquire something for a specific usage
Obtainments: Are many things that you obtain from quests, npcs, tasks, dungeons, raids, bosses, etc.
