He started to run, his heart pounding in his chest, as the car sped towards him. He heard a screech of tires and a loud crash, as the car slammed into a tree, and he knew that he had to act fast. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell phone, dialing 911 with shaking hands, as he prepared to face whatever was about to come his way.
As James approached the car, he saw that the driver was slumped over the steering wheel, unconscious. He tried to open the door, but it was jammed shut. He could hear the sirens in the distance, getting closer by the second, but he knew that he had to act fast. He grabbed a rock from the side of the road and smashed the driver's side window, climbing inside to check on the driver.
As he reached out to check for a pulse, the driver's hand shot out and grabbed his wrist, squeezing it tight. James tried to pull away, but the driver's grip was too strong, and he found himself being dragged into the car.
He screamed for help, but his voice was swallowed by the sound of the engine revving to life once again. The car peeled out, the tires screeching as it sped away, and James realized that his life had changed forever.

James Baker had always been an adventurous boy, but he had never imagined a journey like this.
