Feeling upset with myself drives down my mood, and I cry one's eyes out to stop myself from feeling more, but it causes my anxiety closer to higher ; every time I breathe, I can't exhale, which upsets me more than usual. How can I control my anxiety if my breathing is not in sync with my subconscious, which keeps trying to spell out ;

and finally that imprint in my mind non-stop,
