He listened, as he always did to her. He heard her explain her mind and the reflective state that it was in within the past week. He listened to her explain the pure anguish, and horrid depression that she had experienced afterwards. He listened, and he felt a wave of sickness go through him, as she described just how much she had hated herself, despite none of it being her fault.
“I know it wasn’t my fault, but I believed that it was. I hated myself, absolutely loathed myself. I didn’t love myself, not at all. At the worst point of it, I wasn’t going to stop until something happened to me, and I didn’t care what happened. It was if I was egging the universe or something to bring it on, to do it’s worst”.
