Loud music blasted through the speakers as guests swamped into the building. It screamed elegance, everything about it did.
The Thiyyah is one of my favorite Nigerian fashion designers and she knows it. Right now, I was in the building of her new Gallery in Kaduna alongside Mufasa the great.
The horror I went through before coming here. Grrr I wouldn't wanna think about it anymore anytime soon.
Well, I had to be Daddy's good girl for over a week, I stayed within the house the whole week without going any-freaking-where. Imagine the horror; it's a record but that's #1.
Next, when I decided to come out in the open and ask for permission to travel to Kaduna I had to grovel and grovel, plead and plead, Daddy agreed at first but Ummi vehemently disagreed. I nearly cried but decided against it and pulled up my big girl pants then acted like it bothered me not. That's #2
