I was working on my car in Dom's garage when I heard my phone ring.
I looked to see a number I don't know.
Nina: Hello?
Toby: Hey Nina.
Nina: Oh my god, Toby.
Toby: Yeah, I just got out, listen you up to make a trip to Cali?
Nina: I'm already in Cali, why what's up?
Toby: Great, listen the Monarch is having a race that Pete would love to be apart of right now.
My eyes widen but tears came out as well.
Toby: You good Nina?
Nina: Yeah I'm good, so the DeLeon is the race your talking about, you got 45 hours to get here, doable depending on how fast your going, taking traffic out with alternate quick routes, and you better hold your pee.
Toby: That's what I was thinking.
Benny: Hey girl.
Nina: Is that Benny?
Toby: Yeah, we're gonna go meet up with Joe and Finn.
Nina: I'll see you two days.

I hung up to wipe the tears from my face as Mia walked up to me.
Mia: Babe you okay?
Nina: Toby's out of jail.
Mia: That's great news.
But when Mia saw my face it confused her as the others walked up.
Mia: What else?
Dom: What's up?
Mia: I don't know, babe what did Toby say?
Nina: He wants me and him to race in the DeLeon for Pete.
Mia: Oh baby.
Mia hugged me as I cried, I'm not crying cause I'm upset, I'm crying cause Pete won't be there but his spirit will be.
Jesse: Wait did you say the DeLeon?
Letty: Jess you know about this race?
Jesse: Yeah it's legendary, the monarch built a super secret race thats invite only.
Vince: Sounds kinda cool.
Mia: Where's it going to be?
Nina: Here in Cali, I got my invite already, check in is in San Francisco in two days.
Letty: So what's the prize for winning?
Nina: All the cars that compete in DeLeon.
Jesse: What! That's like million's of dollars in cars, you have to win.

Dom: So you leaving tomorrow?
Nina: Yeah but there's something else?
Mia: What?
Nina: Dino Brewster, the guy who is dating my ex, also the one who left my friend Pete for dead is competing as well.

Letty: Well I see why your going now but what are you going to do when you see him girl?
Nina: Nothing, will settle it in the race.
Jesse: That's what I'm talking about?
Nina: But the question is, which car am I taking?
Mia: Do you have a car?
I smiled at her.
Nina: Come on, we're heading to my house.
Mia: Okay.
We walked to my car to drive off as we headed to my house as we arrived after thirty minutes.
We arrived at my gate as I put the code in to drive through the gate to see a giant house as I around the circle driveway.
Mia: This is your house?
Nina: Mom's house.
I unlocked the door to walk in as I heard footsteps to see bear, our dog who has a bear like face.
Nina: Hi Bear~
I petted him as he licked me.
Mom: Well, it's about time you came home.
Nina: Hello momma.
I went and hugged her to kiss her cheek.
Nina: Where's Cam and Jake?
Mom: Cameron is upstairs with Brian and Jacob is out.
Nina: Oh okay, well we're only staying a second.
Mom: Just, come by to see me more.
Nina: I will.
We walked pass to head to the garage as I opened the door to turn the light on to see my cars.
Mia: Woah, there all yours?
Nina: Yeah but that one is going to the DeLeon.
I pointed to the car as it was a Koenigsegg Agera.
Mia: A Koenigsegg Agera? How rich are you?
Nina: You saw the house so you got your answer.
Mia: Can I drive it?
