But to my utter contempt, Jeongseok simply raised a cool, unimpressed brow at me, his face remaining an ever-so-annoying mask of complete self-confidence as he turned to my brother. "Weren't you, Haejoon?"
"I was." My brother nodded, unaware of the satisfied smirk that was beginning to tug at the corner of Jeongseok's lips now that he'd been proven right. "She wants to leave early so I figured it was only right if she had one obligatory dance with you before we left, since you're the host and basic ballroom etiquette calls for this formality. Do you mind?"
My mouth fell open. Did it matter if he minded or not?
I minded. I minded a hell of a lot.
"Oppa, how could you say that? I did not agree to any of that." I finally let the protests flow out of my mouth. "You did not tell me about any obligation of that sort!"
