Chapter 4 - Castle Eden 2

After I completed all my shopping, I tried to get an Uber as taxis are no longer well-known. After a 10-minute wait, the driver eventually arrived. I provided him the address and we got going. Even though I was uncomfortable with the driver, I tried not to focus on this too much. However, while we were driving, I heard His thoughts, and the driver was saying he would call his mates and rob me when we reached my destination. To avoid any issues, I asked the driver to drop me off 10 minutes away from my precise location. The driver was perplexed, but I said goodbye, grabbed my things and left with no other problem.

I looked for a place that was away from everyone else and not observed by any cameras. I used one of my skills to produce an unseen shield which would conceal me from anyone who might be watching. I then flew off to my new residence.

It took me 10 seconds to reach my new castle-like residence. Upon arrival, I was in awe of the beauty of the property. I took a moment to look around and assess the surroundings. Everything appeared to be in good condition, and I couldn't spot anything that seemed out of place. Excited to start personalizing my new home, I went inside and got to work. I spent time carefully considering each change I wanted to make, making sure that each modification would add to the aesthetic of the property while still maintaining its unique character. I worked meticulously, taking great care to ensure that every detail was perfect.

After I completed my planning, I utilized my ability to erect a barrier of protection around the entire house to prevent anyone from spying on me while I carried out my research. The process of constructing the barrier took approximately 10 minutes, as I meticulously made sure it was secure and effective in preserving my privacy.

After setting up the barriers, I descended into the basement and used my abilities to transform the space into a pristine laboratory for my DNA research. I wanted to ensure a contamination-free environment, so I put in the effort to make sure every detail was perfect. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the transformation, creating all the necessary tools from the energy I had accumulated from absorbing rocks during my search for Earth in outer space.

After spending 30 minutes customizing and perfecting the basement, I finally had the ideal space for conducting my DNA research. The lab was spacious, with gleaming white surfaces and the latest equipment, ready for any experiments I had in mind. The environment was sterile, with minimal disturbance to ensure the integrity of my research. I was content, knowing that I had created a space that was not only functional but also enjoyable to work in. It was the perfect combination of form and function, reflecting my dedication to my work and my attention to detail.

After all the work in the laboratory, I retired to the room upstairs and began setting up my computer. I was close to having everything I needed, except for an internet connection. I considered getting an internet service provider, but I decided against it. Instead, I used my skills to manipulate Wi-Fi signals and create my own secure connection. I didn't want to risk having my information sold to third parties by a traditional provider. My method ensured that my online activities would remain undetected and untraceable.

I sat at my computer and powered it on, eager to begin my research on coding. I quickly realized that I had the ability to memorize everything I was learning, which made the process much more efficient. I spent hours delving into the world of coding, eagerly soaking up information about programming languages, algorithms, and software development. I didn't even realize how much time had passed as I was completely absorbed in my work. By the end of the 24-hour marathon session, I had a solid understanding of coding and the foundation I needed to continue building my skills.

Now that I have all the information I need, I can start to work on building my own programming tool to create the ultimate AI system. I know that I need to first learn everything about DNA so that I can make evolution possible, and then I need to learn how to create a big bang singularity. I'll be dedicating all my time and effort towards making this project a reality. This is my goal, and I will not stop until I achieve it. That's what I told myself as I focused on my work.

I heard a knocking coming from downstairs and went to answer the door. To my surprise, there stood a young, petite lady. I warmly welcomed her into my home and invited her inside.

As I welcomed the house designer into my home, I noticed her blush slightly, but I chose to ignore it. I greeted her politely and confirmed that she was indeed the house designer I had scheduled to come over yesterday.

Hi, I'm Dracula Lucifer, I said with a smile.

Hello, my name is Amy Lee. Did you order a house designer yesterday?" she asked with a warm smile.

Yes, I did request a house designer yesterday, I replied. Please come in

As she stepped inside, I walked her through the house, explaining my specific design preferences and detailing what I wanted changed. I emphasized the importance of fixing only two of the ten bedrooms and leaving the other eight rooms empty, as I had plans for them in the future.

I want the two bedrooms to be cozy, yet functional. And for the remaining eight rooms, I have some ideas in mind, but I want to keep them open for now," I told her, my excitement for my future plans palpable.

Amy listened attentively, nodding and taking notes as I spoke. I could tell she was eager to get started and bring my vision to life. I showed her around the rest of the house and left her to begin her work, feeling confident that my home would soon be exactly what I had always imagined.
