The battle between Dre and the lady was still heated. Debris kept arising and colliding with blood red aura. If one looked closer, they would notice that the lady was on the losing edge and her combat power is not as strong as before. Dre was a cultivator, his being is different from mortals even if those mortals have powers.
He noticed that she uses an invisible force to move and control things. The power is very strong but it drains her energy too much, so she would mostly dodge some of his attacks and only retaliate a few times. Even his attacks, whenever it got the chance to hit her, it would get negated by the invisible force around her.
"Blood Spears" Dre shouted before a huge storm of spears made from blood attacked the lady. She shot out her palms and then an invisible ripple spread from her and collided with the spears. Dre felt like his spears hit a wall and it rebounded back at him.
He quickly gathered and combined the blood spears coming at him and created a massive spear that he threw towards her. Moving her hands up, the ground suddenly broke apart and a huge wall of debris suddenly came out and blocked the spear.
However, due to her lack of surplus energy like a cultivator's, she was soon at a disadvantage. The blood spear finally broke through the wall and advanced towards her. The blood spear also broke through the remaining invisible barrier around her. Dre smiled when his blood spear was about to hit her but then, he suddenly saw a big grey beam of destructive light approaching the blood spear.
"BOOM!!!"
When the two attacks met each other, they canceled themselves in mid air leading to an explosion. Dre quickly fled away from the range of the explosion while from the corner of his eyes, he saw a fast figure approaching the lady and taking her away from the range of the explosion.
After all the chaos had died down, Dre emerged from where he was hiding and saw the boy and the girl faraway from him. The secret base of the Blood Gang is now in a wrecked state. Some members died in the explosion while some others like Matt escaped.
Kai had the lady in his arms after he landed "Thanks for holding him back miss. I will take it from here. Here, Lemme help ya recover your energy" Kai said before he placed his hand on her shoulder and infused his Omni-Qi in her. Using his Omni-Enhancement, he augmented her energy recovery rate and she was back to normal in no time.
"Hmm, just do your thing. I will take care of the remaining pests that are here." She replied before she flew away from Kai and started an assault on the remaining members of the Blood Gang.
Kai looked at her and shook his head. He then looked towards Dre and started walking towards him. On the way, he picked up a sword and a dagger. Dre also approached Kai while creating two swords made of blood.
"So, you wanna be the hero saving the damsel right, too bad it would cause your death" Dre said.
"*chuckles* oh Mr Dre. It seems like you've got it all wrong. She got drained of her energy, but I will never get drained. Let's just end this now!" Kai replied before his Omni-Eyes started glowing a grey color, soon a gray beam was forming and then, his eyes fired a straight, gray beam of light towards Dre.
Dre created a blood wall that blocked the beam. When he looked ahead, he saw Kai in the air coming towards him, with the sword in a stabbing motion. Dre dodged it by spinning his body to the left, then slashing with his own two swords.
Kai blocked with his sword, using his dagger, he swung it fiercely at Dre. Dre created a blood shield that blocked the dagger and then created a blood spear to strike Kai from the back. Enhancing his strength, without even looking back, he kicked the spear's trajectory away from him. Then he jumped high in the air and shoot out multiple smaller gray beam towards Dre. These beams were thin and tiny like a laser.
Dre fired many blood spears at the beams while he performed his MartialSkill and slashed out "Humph! Let's see if you can dodge in mid air. Double Blood Crescent Slash" Two crescent shaped blood aura towards Kai.
'Lucky me, what I comprehended wasn't small. I've tested Laser Beam, let's test something else!' Kai thought and then his Omni-Eyes started glowing. While the Double Blood Crescent Slash was approaching him, he suddenly called out to Dre while his glowing eyes were fixed on the figure of Dre.
When Dre's eyes met Kai's, he suddenly saw Kai disappeared from where he was in mid air and a person had replaced Kai in mid air. The person was Matt and he was screaming in fear of the MartialSkill coming towards him. When he looked back at Matt's previous spot, he saw Kai appearing there with a smile on his face. Dre quickly understood that Kai had used a strange skill to suddenly replaced his helpless self with Matt.
Dre had lost Randy, a long time and helpful member of the Blood Gang and now, he wouldn't want to lose Matt. He quickly maneuvered the two crescent slashes that was about to tear Matt to pieces and directed them towards Kai that had appeared from the ground. Kai didn't expect that Dre would be able to control his MartialSkill in that way. He couldn't dodge it time and his body was suddenly slashed into four pieces.
Dre saw this scene and he was relieved. He had finally killed this brat that had a lot of strange skills. He wouldn't be able to kill him if he hadn't used Deterrent Aura. His second innate talent had a secret ability, it could control his MartialSkill when he wrapped them in it's aura.
When Matt landed on the floor, he started running towards Dre, then he knelt down when he arrived and thank him for saving his life. Dre was about to respond to Matt when he suddenly turned around, created a blood shield and blocked a sword attack. The wielder of the sword was Kai whom he thought was dead.
"Ahh you cockroach! Why don't you just die! I will… *gasp*!" Dre snapped as he kicked Kai away but his sentence was suddenly paused mid way with a gasp. This gasp was a gasp of pain and…disbelief. He looked down and saw a katana blade sticking out of his chest on his heart region with blood gushing out. Looking back, he saw Matt behind him, stabbing him with his katana while having a grin on his face.
"You, why? .. ah [Deterrent Aura] Activate!" Dre shouted in pain before a red aura was suddenly released from his body and like a shockwave, it's spread out.
