Jacob walked into the sewers and noticed the horrible smell and quickly covered his nose and said:
"Shit, is there any way to have life in here with that smell?"
He started walking towards the crocodile until suddenly, his heart gave a strong beat and jacob started vomiting blood.
Jacob squeezed hard in the region of his heart and thought:
'Damn, I thought it wouldn't happen again.'
After a few minutes, Jacob finally stopped vomiting blood and wiped his mouth with his hand and started walking again.
Jacob knew that thinking about the cause of all this sudden internal pain and bleeding would not be helpful, he needed to focus on his current goal and do everything he could to complete it:
"One problem at a time..."

After minutes of walking, Jacob knew he was lost and the odor was starting to give him a headache.
He slapped both hands to his face and stopped walking and closed both eyes and reflected:
'All I need to do, is activate that feeling again that I had, it was something instinctive but it might work...'
He started walking with his eyes closed and it worked for a while, until he hit his face on the wall and fell to the floor with both hands on his nose as he groaned in pain.
'Damn, why doesn't this shit activate? Shouldn't it activate when I'm blind or something?'
Suddenly, Jacob felt a strange and dangerous sensation in his body, it was similar to when you almost trip and your body gives you a slight fright, but the difference would be that Jacob's body, gave him a stern warning that there was someone behind him.
The man who had his face covered because of the darkness, drew a sword and made a vertical cut with the objective of cutting Jacob in half.
The blade of the sword descended at an incomparable speed and when it was about to touch him, Jacob's body moved instinctively and retreated a few meters back.
The mysterious man was shocked to realize that his sneak attack had failed and Jacob was also shocked to realize the speed at which his body had moved.
Without letting Jacob adapt to the fight, the man quickly put away his sword and advanced again at an incomparable speed and stopped half a meter away from Jacob and drew his sword and made a horizontal cut this time.
Jacob couldn't even see the man's speed, much less his sword draw, but luckily for him, his body could "see" all those movements easily.
The cut was coming and just as it was about to hit him, Jacob instinctively ducked, dodging the cut and landed a high kick hitting the man's belly.
After receiving the blow, the man went a few meters back and put his hand on the hit spot and spoke:
"Damn you, I will kill you and restore my honor with my father!"
Jacob looked at the man who's appearance was slowly beginning to be revealed and Jacob's eyes widened in shock and he said:
"E-Erick?"

In the sewers, Astrid was walking in front of raphael, Emma, and other summoned heroes.
As they walked, Emma asked Astrid:
"So our new mission is to kill a giant crocodile that lives in an extremely smelly sewer?"
"You guys will just support me if necessary, I will take down the monster myself."
At this point, Ryan entered the conversation and said:
"I can help you if you want Miss Astrid."
"Call me general astrid and I don't need your help, you are too weak."
Ryan made a shocked face at hearing being called weak, but before he could make any complaints, raphael asked:
"Where is Erick?"
"Him? Hm... I think he went to scout some other areas, maybe we'll find him walking..."
Before astrid could finish her sentence, a huge explosion was happening on a wall that was a few meters away from them.
Astrid quickly drew her sword and the other heroes followed and drew their weapons and entered a fighting pose.
A smoke screen was created around the explosion and all they could hear were the sounds of swords attacking something. Astrid who was already feeling the mana of someone familiar, said to the heroes:
"Don't worry, it seems that Erick is fighting someone and I can even imagine who his opponent is."
Raphael was also already starting to get an idea and asked:
"Is it the spy?"
After saying that, all the heroes looked confused at raphael and Ryan said angrily:
"Are you an idiot? The opponent Must be some monster or something."
After he finished speaking, Erick and jacob jumped out of the smoke screen at insane speed and the two stopped meters away from the heroes and ignored them.
The heroes looked shocked at Jacob when they realized that it really was the spy and quickly Astrid joined the battle and advanced at a speed extremely higher than Erick's and attacked with several strokes.
Jacob, who had his eyes focused on Erick, couldn't see Astrid approaching and when the attacks were going to hit Jacob in his blind spots, again his body began to act instinctively and he dodged unharmed and retreated.
The heroes and Erick looked on in shock at that simple sequence of Astrid's strikes, the blows were able to split the air in half at a speed that none of them could see, except for one.
Astrid's eyes widened in shock after seeing that jacob dodged easily and a sporty feeling started to grow inside her and she thought:
'So how about I use mana or magic?'
She decided to test jacob and increased her speed even more and quickly she advanced against jacob at a speed that broke the sound barrier.
Erick who was nearby was thrown far away because of the air pressure.
The heroes were pushed back slightly and Raphael and the others watched the scene with wide eyes.
Jacob, who was still getting used to his new body, was not ready for this battle. Then again Astrid advanced through Jacob's blind spot and attacked him with the point of her sword, an attack that broke the air.
Unfortunately for Jacob, Astrid's speed was something that exceeded the reaction speed of his body, so the blow came with the objective of hitting his heart, but for Astrid's misfortune and Jacob's luck, his body by some miracle managed to dodge a few centimeters to the side and make the sword go through his ribs and almost hit his lung.
Astrid was shocked to realize that it had not hit Jacob's heart, but quickly returned to her normal expression and taking advantage of the small distance between the two, Astrid kicked Jacob right in the stomach.
Because the sword was stuck in his body and because of the short distance, there was nothing Jacob could do to dodge this blow.
Jacob was hit and flew backwards at full speed and crashed into the wall while vomiting blood.
He put his hand to his stomach and then looked at his bleeding hand and reflected:
'A single kick did that to me...'
Astrid was cleaning her sword that had come loose from Jacob after she had kicked him and said:
"I thought you would die from that kick...but it seems that is not the case."
Jacob felt an ominous premonition as he looked at Astrid and quickly got out from inside the wall and jumped into the sewer water trying to escape.
Astrid put away her sword calmly and then put her hands together and said:
"It's no use trying to run away, my ice magic will freeze everything within a one kilometer radius."
After saying that, ice began to come out of his feet and freeze everything around at the same instant, everything was frozen within a one kilometer radius, except for the heroes.
The heroes looked shocked at that scene, the cold, dark sewer was now even colder and was glowing like it had never been before.
Astrid was starting to walk to the water and said to the other heroes:
"Start looking for the spy, he must be frozen somewhere around here.... And let's talk erick."
Erick just looked away and started walking away from the scene, he knew he would get no credit for capturing the spy.
"Yes general astrid!"
Quickly the heroes responded at the same time and began to search for jacob, but what they didn't realize, was that the commotion they were making, had awakened a monster that had been asleep for years, a monster that was not going to be frozen by these thin layers of ice.
The heroes jumped into the frozen sewer waters and one of them spoke:
"It feels like we are walking on top of the sea, look at the size of all this, are we really going to be able to find it?"
"General astrid said he is frozen somewhere here.... And changing the subject, did you guys see the power she demonstrated?"
"Yeah, she's really amazing..."
The heroes were starting to talk among themselves as if the fight was already over, but suddenly, a girl started shaking all over and said to the others in despair:
"Shut up and don't move!"
The heroes looked confused at the girl and when she was about to say something, the same girl put her index finger on her lip and then pointed down.
The heroes followed her finger and looked down, but the sight they saw was something that would easily give them thalassophobia.
(Explanation: Thalassophobia is fear of the sea)
The sight was somewhat frightening to say the least, the heroes looked down and saw something swimming calmly below them.
The thing had rough, gray scales, with shiny bony dorsal plates on its back that went down to its tail.
The size of the thing was overwhelming compared to the people on top of the ice sheet.
Raphael looked calmly at Astrid and then spoke to the other heroes:
"Let's start walking slowly out of here, don't use mana or magic, that monster should be able to sense it."
The rest of the heroes nodded and began to walk slowly out of the frozen water.
Astrid who had already noticed the monster under the water, was prepared at any moment to advance on it and save the heroes.
Suddenly, the monster stopped swimming and just stood there underneath them. Some heroes started to increase their pace because of desperation and some started to run because they were influenced by the herd effect.
Raphael, Emma, Ryan and two others were the only ones who kept walking calmly, even though their bodies told them to run along with the other students.
The monster began to turn slowly and suddenly it began to sink into the darkness of the water.
Raphael looked down and noticed that the crocodile was gone and a horrible premonition came into his heart and he desperately said to the students who were Running:
"Stop making noise!"
Warning now was too late, raphael looked down and saw the crocodile coming up using the propulsion of its tail and before he could do anything, the crocodile crashed into the ice that the heroes were running on and in the blink of an eye.... The crocodile advanced breaking through the ice like it was nothing and opened its mouth to devour the heroes.
Astrid looked at the heroes a few meters from the crocodile's mouth and quickly advanced against the crocodile at a speed that measured strength with dinosaurs.
The heroes who were thrown into the air by the crocodile, looked in awe at the huge mouth that was going to devour them.
As the crocodile was about to close its mouth to kill them, Astrid stepped forward and used her ice magic to freeze the crocodile's jaw and then...
Jacob watched from afar the fight that was going on and decided to leave now as he reflected:
'I need to go now... Astrid will probably die if Raphael doesn't reveal his true power and help her.'
(Jacob was not frozen by Astrid's earlier attack because he had swum to the bottom at a depth equal to that of the crocodile)
Before leaving, Jacob took one last look at the battle and thought:
'History is going to change a lot because of my interference.... I just hope it doesn't change for the worse.'
