Li An'an was ushered to her seat by Butler Chu. This was a very ordinary teahouse. There weren't many people and it was very quiet.
A woman in a white dress suit was sitting elegantly at the table. She had pretty features, wavy hair and a generous look about her. An expensive diamond necklace decorated her neck. She looked very young and dignified.
Li An'an knew that this woman must be Chu Yichen's mother. Their eyes were similar.
Seeing that Li An'an had arrived, Bai Dong put down her phone and sized the younger woman up. Unlike what she had imagined, Li An'an didn't look like the sort of woman who liked to be flattered by others, she looked very calm and polite.
