In the morning, Li An'an took the three little ones and boarded the bus heading to the suburbs. They looked as though they were fleeing for their lives! Fortunately, the kids were sensible and they were little to worry, so she didn't feel exhausted.
After two hours of being in the bus and an hour of walking, they finally arrived at their destination. It was a dilapidated wooden house.
The house wasn't big, but the courtyard was huge and overgrown with weeds. However the scenery outside the house was great. There was a big banyan tree that had a trunk so thick that a few people would have to join hands to go around its girth. In the distance beyond the tree was a stream that was so clear that one could see the bottom. There was a layer of cobblestones at the bottom of the river, and small fish and shrimp swam around in the water! On the other side of the stream was a huge mountain. The environment was beautiful, with mountains and clear water.
