Chapter 74 - Survivor Settlements

Regardless, I have no choice but to obey the command. Therefore, I reluctantly grab the necromancer lady's hand as I dragged her with me. Then I turn around to face the guard and bow politely before leaving the dungeon cell.

Once we exit the dungeon cell, I release her from my grasp. However, she doesn't move as I expected. Rather, she stays put in front of me with her back facing me.

I hesitate for a moment before asking, "Are you alright?"

She responds with a slight nod but refuses to look at me.

Then I sigh deeply, "Alright then. Let's get going."

Without turning around to face me, the necromancer lady replies, "Yeah. I'll lead the way."

After walking ahead for a short distance, the necromancer lady turns around to face me. Then she bows her head formally and addresses me with a polite tone, "I'm sorry if I cause you any problem with my behavior earlier."
