Every world is a bubble floating in the endless Void.
Different bubbles have different compositions and sizes.
Therefore, there are no two worlds that are exactly the same.
Perhaps some worlds look similar, but they are merely like two similar flowers among thousands, and those divine beings can wander in the Void, freely admiring those flowers.
Some flowers are easy to pick, some are harder, especially those small worlds created by gods; trying to pluck them means engaging in battle with the creator god of that world, with consequences that entail fighting to the death.
Though the term "pluck" is figurative, aside from those ancient powerful beings, most gods cannot shake the foundation of even a small world; they can even be backlash led to incur irreparable damage, so they choose to embed their will into it to steal the world's rule strength.
