Like Ilyana, Blaire also live in a situation where most of the time she would have to fight for her death, being chased and hunted by assassins who hate her father or those people who hold grudges against her. But all those people, even though trained, none of them was as detached as Lev when it comes to killing. He spoke in a way as if he wasn't looking at her.
