Before coming into the house, Calliux knew how difficult it would be to uncover the truth under Blaire Zhuang's death. Upon finding out their enemy turns out to be Ilyana Zhou, most of the police members resign from the task, saying that they want nothing to do with the case as Ilyana Zhou is someone no one could ever defeat especially if she is under a suspicion of killing a person, it would have been better to close their eyes and look away.
However, that wasn't like Calliux at all. He is someone who hates bribery to the core of his heart. He hates it more with the idea that Ilyana was free from being a suspect simply because she's the heir of Pandora. Yet now that Calliux had seen Ilyana for herself, she didn't seem to be a reckless young girl who would kill without any responsibility. Instead, she seemed calm, seemingly serious on finding out the true criminal behind the death of her own cousin.
