Lev inclined his head, curious and confused. The boy wanted to ask him for a request but he was too young to be in a place filled with junkies. Although when he looked around he noticed that this is how the poor lived, even an innocent child like this one wouldn't be spared from the gravity of poverty and the dark side of life. He didn't speak, merely holding his shirt.
Ilyana noticing how he had stopped, inched closer. She was startled seeing a kid as the boy's height was towered with Lev's.
"What is it, kid?" Lev asked gently and the boy remained quiet.
Dexter who saw the boy huffed, "It's just a kid begging for money. Ignore them we don't have time for this."
